We decided to stop here for lunch last weekend! The weather was beautiful and the garden was well looked after and clean and tidy. We chose to sit in the garden, service was prompt and the food was delicious! Will definitely be returning with friend and family in the future!

A very nice ploughmans lunch and a gorgeous pudding, in lovely surrounds. My partner and I found The Leather Bottle after a lovely morning walking around the village of Cobham. The pub is very traditional and the link with Charles Dicken was quaint. The pub has a good selection on the menu. The staff were very friendly and the courses came out... More

DON'T BOTHER eating there!! Nice pub in a village setting though worst roast dinner I've ever had! It cost £11 each for what seemed like microwave roast dinner (we had roast pork) with steamed vegetables!! From the point of ordering our food, it arrived 4 minutes later...Maybe the chef just got it out a microwave meal, presented it on a... More

Wanted a nice lunch with daughter and grandchildren. Two burgers and chicken for one child with four small drinks cost over £42 pounds. So you would expect good food! Wrong. Burger was ok, frozen chips and greasy frozen onion rings. Children's meal ok. What happened? You use to be really good, with good prices. Never go back.

We stayed here as my nephew was getting married down the road. Gorgeous setting for the pub, lovely and spotless clean rooms. We only stayed for breakfast but that was excellent. Staff ALL helpful - went that extra mile to please. The manager even kindly took us to the wedding venue as we could not get a cab!!! Would definitely... More

Went in the glorious sun this weekend. Sat in the garden with my two dogs and had some beers with my boyfriend and parents. The staff are friendly and the pub itself it's clean and well presented. Very beautiful interior and exterior.

My husband and I had a lovely lunch which consisted of a huge portion of piri piri chicken which was lovely and I had delicious duck which was really wonderful. The only dissapointment was that the dog wasn't allowed in the bar area. .It was over cast that day and luckily I'd phoned ahead..They are welcome in the garden but... More

I visited this pub for the first time, after my daughter telling me how good Sunday roasts are-I met up with a friend on a Thursday early evening and had the most delicious Lobster tail salad and skinny fries. The bar staff were very helpful and attentive, especially a very polite and charming young man called Michael (I think that was...
