This could be a good budget guest house. The room were big. But.... They unload our stuff without any notice, they open our room without our permission, just because there's other guest who wants to use our room for days. It is so unacceptable... How could they do that And the breakfast is so awful. Never want to go back...

I felt the staff did not like me but then realised they were like that to everyone! Every time I left I was asked where I was going and why I wasn't eating there or why I wasn't hiring equipment from there!! Well they charge more than everywhere else! I was there for four days and did not get clean...

The only bad experience with a guesthouse during my three weeks in Bali. I arrived early evening at the Rising Star and booked a room onsite. The room they gave me was apparently their last single bed room. It was dark and dingy and smelled horribly of urine. Nauseated, I asked if there was anything that could be done about...

We spent three nights there, nice room with see view but bad vibes, the owner just see money money money...not recommended if you like to have a chat and meet local people. Probably you can find better place for the same price, or less.... and for alls activity maybe is better to ask around.

Unwelcome, they try from the very beginning to steal money (they said the price of the room is 300 despite I showed them online price of 220. The owner (a woman) became like crazy and yelled in balinese. Then they gave me a...

We had room No 5, the only one directly facing the sea, which was great! We stayed 6 nights for 41,500 Indonesian Rupiah per night, including breakfast. We saw this price on Booking.com, so went to have a look and the female manager/owner quoted almost double that to stay. We pointed out the lower online price so she agreed to...

We arrived late at night and they helped us check in no fuss. When we got to the room though we realised we made a mistake booking it. Bathroom is old and dirty. Room is very basic and blanket was sufficient for fan, not the aircon room we wanted. Breakfast was uber basic. Pool was ok, but the beach is...
