I can't really fault anything for this place because it's a farm stay. It's what you get, truly close to nature. The barn houses 2 rooms downstairs with a shop that doubles as a dining area. There is another room at the 2nd level that doubles up as an office. Only one toilet in the barn. Well, the whole barn...

We are really stunned and confused by this review. It was several months ago since the stay so maybe he has got us confused with somewhere else where he had to "rough it out" or maybe he was expecting a 5 Star Hotel experience. However we are continually striving to maximize our guests experience and do take on board all...

After disembarking a longhaul flight, we were warned not to drive too far on our first day. Having stayed in Christchurch previously, we wanted to experience something a bit different and chanced upon Warwickz Farm, about 40 mins drive from downtown Christchurch. What a great decision, we had such a wonderful stay. Our family (2 adults & 2 kids) had...

Travelling through the South Island with our 11 yo daughter we stayed with Chris and Elaine for the night and did the farm tour with lots of interesting and amusing animals. Chris did a great job talking about the farm and the animals and our daughter loved it all. Even our two older kids (17 and 15 and much less...

We had fun stay at the barn, there is a wide variety of farm animals (alpacas and kunekune pigs are so cute) and the breakfast was yummy. Chris also provided BBQ facilities upon request, and took efforts to acquaint the kids with the farm animals. Not to be missed!

Me, mum & dad and my sister enjoyed very much during our stay in the warwickz farm. Great thanks to Chris for your interesting stories and wonderful farm life experience. There is so many animals and various breeds you can find at the farm. Don't forget to say "hi" to Robbie and Betty, the cutest kuni-kuni pigs!

Our young daughter loved all of the interesting and beautiful animals on this farm, especially the cute baby bunnies and guinea pigs. We also enjoyed feeding the larger animals, like the alpacas, donkey, miniature horses, and kunekune pigs. Personally my favorites were the various birds --- turkeys, guinea fowl, peacocks, geese, ducks, and fancy chickens. Chris is very entertaining and...

We were a group and had a guided tour which is needed so you can get a background of the various animal breeds. Lots of opportunity for stops to feed animals and for petting. We were an adult group and we all enjoyed ourselves. Great to see people with a passion for rare breeds.

We stayed in the Red Barn for two nights with our toddler & baby. Chris & Elaine had thoughtfully made up a bed for the toddler in our room, though had alternatives available if we preferred. We enjoyed a comfortable stay, though we're not used to such a soft bed (though it didn't stop us sleeping in as long as...

My Mother and I stayed here last November for one night and completely fell in love. When I think back on our trip to New Zealand I always see Robby's face, the cute Kunekune pig. It was the first time we had done a "farm stay" and discovered that we loved it! Chris's farm tour in the morning was very...
