Atura Blacktown is unique to the Western Sydney region. Very welcoming hotel with free ample parking, smiling, happy and bouncy staff. Excellent food, great selection of beverages ranging from boutique beers to cocktails to wine. Rooms are modern, spotless, quiet and comfortable. Perfect place to stay when on business in Western Sydney or a weekend with the kids at Wet'n'Wild...

Site is clean and easy to access. Room we stayed in was on ground floor. No intruding sound from bar or adjacent drive-in. Room was on the small side. Only wide enough for the king bed and bedside tables. We had our daughter in the room on the flod out bed and it only left a 40cm gap between the...

The hotel is fantastic and funky, the look and feel of the property is very trendy and we really enjoyed our stay. The room size is great and we had 3 adults staying in the room and we had plenty of space. The beds were ultra soft, the design and layout worked really well. It had all the amenities that...

Hotel is approx. 30 mins from Penrith which made it a reasonable base to attend the National Rowing Championships. Hotel was modern, industrial style and bed was super comfy. The precast concrete room had a pod coffee maker, microwave and plates which made it feel more like a studio flat. Pool was refreshing (guessing about 12M long). The main negative...

Dear Tropical23, thank you for the review, hope you had success at the national rowing championships last weekend and glad to see we were a convenient base for you to attend. Close guess regarding the pool length, technically 15 metres which is great for swimming laps or just kicking back. Hope to see you next time Thanks and regards, Matthew...

Overall was a fine stay. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were extremely comfy. Free easy parking was a bonus. Only down side is there was no in room service or in room breakfast option. If you don't have your own car you may find it difficult to get around as there is nothing close by.

Dear Jenna_586, thank you for the review, the dream beds really make for a comfortable sleep, although the hotel does not offer room service as such, we do provide a service called ‘call and collect’ where the staff will plate up your meal for you to take to the room. Thanks and regards, Matthew Kent General Manager

ok, but I don't think we will be back unless we get a huge discount. Not value for money considering we have stay at other hotels for a lot less. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was yuk and overcooked. All other Rydges hotel breakfasts are very tasty.

Dear Anna, thank you for the recent review, I must say I am surprised by your comments regarding ‘not value for money’, we offer various adds and facilities at no additional costs that very few other hotels can match. With regards to the breakfast this is disappointing and I apologise if the offering was not up to par, your feedback...

I was looking for a weekend getaway with my girls. Atura had the best deal for families with children under 12, and the staff were just beautiful and very helpful. My girls loved the pool in the rain!
