Głęboczek Vine Resort&Spa, one of the most unique SPA facilities in Poland, proves that an idyllic atmosphere and a sense of luxury can perfectly match together. The facility was built on the historical farm, next to Lake Forbin, hidden among the picturesque hills of the Brodnica Lake District. The idyllic character of the buildings has been preserved in the architecture that combine with the surrounding nature. Right next to hotel, there is the Drwęca River Swamp Valley Reserve, an area of virgin backwaters and oxbow lakes. The historical character of the farm has been maintained in the elements of buildings such as arcades, wooden details or large windows. These elements are typical for style of Warmia and Mazury regions. The rooms are dominated by white walls, wooden furnitures, in selected apartments there are linen sheets or natural stone floors. The facility attracts with the unique Vine Spa. In the SPA, guests can enjoy unique massages, treatments and rituals based on wine therapy, such as a bath in wine or wine rituals for two. The resort is surrounded by a picturesque vineyard with over 1,500 grapevines. Every year, in the early autumn, the Wine Festival is organized there. There are hundred kinds of wine in the Wine Cellar. In restaurant guests are looked after by a Sommelier who runs Wine Evening Dinners, Wine Tastings and Wine Academies. Not only the architecture reflects the great respect of its creators for the surrounding nature and cultural heritage of the region. The Restaurant Chef works closely with local suppliers of organic food and the courses he creates, are a tribute to the traditional cuisine of the Brodnica Lake District. In summer, Vegetable Garden operates in the facility - its own organic vegetable cultivation, in which organic breakfasts are organized. Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa is a place that proves that nature can harmoniously merge with luxury, complementing each other.

Room was comfortable with a nice view from the window. No slippers provided. We went for a wine festival weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The weather was great and we enjoyed al-fresco wine tasting and lunch in the garden. The vineyard manager was very informative and demonstrated wine production processes. Spa experience felt a bit rushed - we had problems with communicating by email (not received?, miscommunication...) and our original booking had been "lost". Covid precautions were not so great, many staff not wearing facemasks properly. As a first time visitor my wife got lost in the labyrinth of treatment rooms and was "told off" by a bossy member of staff for being in the wrong place... instead of being guided politely to where she needed to go. Food was OK, but only buffet service and unfortunately hot food wasn't very warm...

This is our third visit with a group of friends who also have kids. Two and a half hours drive from Warsaw this is a beautiful country retreat by a lake, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are polite and helpful. The resort is relatively small and has a kids play and dedicated staff who take care and entertain kids. The spa has an extensive range of treatments at affordable prices and the pool and facilities are well designed and great for relaxation and enjoyment. The restaurant provides excellent cuisine whether you have a half board package or are ordering a-la-carte. They also have a good range of wines although some are on the pricey range. Whether winter fun sledging on the hills or summer swims in the lake this is an excellent resort for a short break where you can relax and where you feel safe and homely. We and our friends look forward to our next visit!

Pros: location is amazing, the indoor pool and jacuzzi is very good. Good was good but nothing special Cons: pool streams worked only for the first day and got broken. Evening dinner was not really good , was ok at most.

In general, we enjoyed our stay - the place is nice, restaurant and terrace have a nice view of the lake. there is a nice pool as well. Food is fine, nothing special / not amazing but you cannot complain SPA massages are mediocre - we tend to go for massage once a while and these here were of medium quality service: very good service, definitely 5 star Rooms: rooms are medium, the quality should be better if they want to position themselves as a premium place PRICES: well, as for good, but not amazing, food and medium quality of massage and rooms prices are rather too high. 90zl for buffet dinner, aperol for 29zl and 150-200zl for massage - definitely too high given quality. 180zl for dinner for two [excl any drinks!] will get you the best restaurants in warsaw or in most places in italy. 29zl for aperol - sorry this is simply too much for such a simple drink. they clearly take advantage of monopolistic position they have. I know SPAs are expensive in Poland but at some point I started to choosing to go to Italy for a weekend where you can splash on food, desserts and everything and still you will spend less than in SPA - not mentioning better quality. However, if someone can afford it, I would recommend it to try it out for a weekend as the place has its own vibe - so as not best value for money in the world, for sure you will enjoy your time there
