We stayed here as part of a tour and stopped two nights to visit the ruins. Some aspects of this hotel are very good. Modern airy rooms and lay out with good standard of cleanliness. The breakfasts were good, nice fruit and an egg station for cooked to order omelets and fried eggs. However the orange juice was very watery...

Stayed here not out of choice. The travel agent booked it for me. Customer service is great and friendly. Can't fault them there. The hotel is more like 3 star or 3.5 star at best. Basic but clean. Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms at all even though they told me it does. Only in the restaurant it works...

Super clean hotel with very nice rooms, nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. After a long day on the road this was a very welcomed place to rest. the lobby and hotel in general is clean and the decor fits the area. Our room was very clean, nice bath with all the amenities....

This hotel is a great, affordable option to crash after a long day visiting the ruins at Palenque. The rooms are somewhat basic, but perfect for resting after a long day. Our favorite part, however, was the big pool. It was very refreshing to swim in the pool after a sweaty day walking around Palenque; there's even a surprisingly fun...

Palenque was very hot and very humid. Thankfully the air conditioning in the rooms here was cold enough to make life bearable. The hotel itself was fairly modern, although the lighting was a bit dark. The restaurant was open air, by the pool. Some people complained about mosquitoes, although i didn't actually come across any. The food was OK, but...

Great hotel. Good restaurant & pool area & rooms are good too. In the heat maybe a little far to walk into town. There is a supermarket within 6-7 mins walk that sell literally everything! The staff are friendly and waiting staff attentive (although it wasn't too busy when we were there).

Nice tropical hotel. Pool was lovely. It was good in the sense of pool, breakfast, size of rooms. No wifi apart from central areas. The rooms were completely riddled with Mosquitos though and a bit dark so bring deet/spray. It's super near the ruins so good base for that.

This was my second visit to Palenque, and I sincerely recommend this hotel. They give you a welcome drink (beer, margarita or jamaica), and the pool is really nice. There's a small toboggan, a pool bar, and a playground. The bad part is that the wifi is not that good in the hotel, but anyway if you are looking for...

Lovely hotel. Well appointed room. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Lots of bits of jungle in and among the buildings. Watched an Iguana outside our bedroom window for a while. Staff very attentive. Lovely place to stay.
