We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We were travelling with two small kids - 3 and 5 y.o. We arrived on the night bus from Merida at 5 am and the staff was nice to let us into the room. The hotel is located opposite the ADO terminal, which was very convenient. It is also close to where... More

It's a Best Western. We give it a good solid three stars--it has everything you need for a comfy stay. Good beds and pillows, good bathroom, good tv and wi-fi... the pool was clean and the restaurant good enough for a quickie dinner before crashing. The location right across the street from the bus station is a plus. We got... More

We stayed here in July on a one night stopover in Palenque. The location is good. The rooms are average and clean. However the food is inedible and the pool is dirty. Fine for a overnight stay if you're just using it as a place to rest. Otherwise I'd avoid.

I selected this hotel for its close proximity to the ADO Bus service, which was situated across the street. The hotel itself was affordable and simple. It was fully air conditioned. It has a nice restaurant within the premises. Moreover, they were numerous restaurants within walking distance.

the hotel is OK. But the price is too high for what you got. The beds are unconfortable. They do not give you bottle water in the room. Althoght the garden is quite cute. It is not so close from downton, that means you need to take a taxi back and forth.

While no hot water isn't a problem when your hot from a long day in the tropics, it isn't a lot of fun in the morning. The wifi was mostly aspirational as the signal was very elusive. The property itself was clean as were the rooms. I have no complaints about the room as it was clean but the a/c... More

If my husband hadn't been feeling crappy, we never would have checked into the hotel. The pool was closed for our first two days, which was a huge bummer for our kids. The hotel dining room was expensive. We paid twice as much for breakfast here as we did the other two mornings and the quality was the same. The... More

Spent 3 nights here over Christmas to visit ruins and waterfalls. Arriving by ADO bus from the Yucatan peninsula, it was awesome to walk across the street and be at our hotel! It is set at the edge of a little leafy, shady neighborhood called La Canada, where you will find several other small hotels and good restaurants. The pool... More

Two friends stayed at this hotel, while preparing to visit Palenque, the archeological ruins. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bed was quite firm, so a long stay may present some a problem. We stayed only one night and it was fine, and a great value for the price. The breakfast that came with the room fee was... More

I planned this trip at the last minute like usual, but finding this resort was not hard at all. It's located in front of the ADO bus station. The roads around it leads you toward downtown or towards the archeological sites. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff very attentive and nice. Room was good size, it had... More
