There is little to add to the many positive reviews, we had a wonderful restful time here. Would have given it 5 stars but the internet was erratic. Secondly there was no extraction in the bathroom which resulted in damp air moving into the bedroom making it feel a little bit

Yes, there are suites where they can add a second bed. We were a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids: 11 & 12 yrs) and they were able to accommodate us all in one suite. Our tour to Yaxchilan we arranged through a travel agent in San Cristobal called OTISA. We highly recommend them. They organize tours all over Chiapas and the Yucatan.

Dear Sirs, On room balconies and the open areas, like the garden smoking is allowed. In the restaurant, pool and the rooms, smoking is not allowed, due to Mexican law and internal hotel rules. I hope I could answer your question in a satisfactory way. Best regards, BH Quinta Chanabnal
