All 3 bedrooms have king size beds in them. The bathroom has all in one bathtub and shower. The 3 bedroom suite also has tea/coffee facility. It has front balcony good for smoking purposes. 4 x Executive Suites: Separate lounge area, separate bedroom with a king size bed en suite. The bathroom has all in one bath and shower. I live in VGC and had to lodge some of my business partners in the hotel since it was closer to home to avoid Lagos traffic. I and my partners took rooms so we can discuss comfortably. The hotel reception was uniquely furnished. We had to sit on the lounge closer to our rooms to have our meeting. The Staff who served us coffee and meal while we meet was very polite and well groomed. Our entire experience was great. We had to sign up a corporate account with the hotel.

This is a beautiful, safe hotel in the VGC area. Great hospitality, nice and friendly hotel staff. My husband and I spent a total of 3 weeks here before and after our wedding. The staff was so sweet and brought a cake and wine to our room to help us celebrate our special day. Nice and clean pool, walking distance to bank, shopping complex and closer to sight seeing places. The only issue is the food. We had two separate meetings with the chef and manager about the issues and it still was never fixed. I can not eat pepper or spice and everything I received had pepper or spice in it and I could not eat it. My husband enjoys spicy food, but all of his food was either too spicy or bland and he didn't like it at all. I ordered a beef burger and received a "beefless bun". When I spoke to the Chef, he asked "oh, you want beef?" I said yes, that is what I ordered. He remade my plate and brought a chicken sandwich. When I questioned this, he said they don't have beef. I ordered a chef salad and asked if they have white ranch dressing and was told yes. When it came, it had thousand island dressing. They do not have ranch. The manager ordered me a Margarita pizza, and it was good. I ordered it again a couple days later and they put spice on it. Anytime food is ordered as room service, it takes at least 1 1/2 hours. The free breakfast buffet was not good. We would like to thank some of the staff members for making our stay enjoyable. We would like to thank Chizom, Faith, Michael and Gabriel for all the great memories and taking care of us during our stay. We'd also like to say thank you to the security staff and other staff members as you were all amazing.

Swiss International is a very decent, clean and spacious hotel. It is also located in a prime location in the VGC area although the on-going road construction is an hindrance to accessibility.
While the hotel fumigates regularly (according to a staff member), mosquitoes are a menace within and outside the hotel (expecially at the sit out area downstairs)
I would have rated the hotel excellently but for the hgh cost of food!
A plate of "swallow" with protein will set you back by £10 (N7700). Unfortunately, a menu wasn't available to check the price before ordering.

It was indeed a total experience for everyone one us who took part in the business development meeting at the exquisite lounge whose aesthetic walls not only adorned of classical art works but had the trappings of comfort for a Productive and meaningful engagement which we savored.
Just at the time we thought to have seen it all,we were eventually bamboozled by the luxurious serenade of your room since the meeting stretched into night.
What really became a defining moment was your touch of service excellence which crossed the T's and dotted the I's of our stay.

Travelling for business, away from your family, is always tiring and stressful. Having staff in a hotel, with a welcoming and friendly approach makes the stay that much more pleasant.

The hotel ambience at entrance was inviting especially the reception area. Check-in was on point, room furnishing and the Swimming pool view on point, food taste especially local isi ewu on point, their event hall on point and my stay was indeed memorable. I'm looking forward to another stay soon.

I attended a friend's private birthday party by the poolside and the hotel staff were superb in their welcoming and homely service. The capping on the ice was the special dance, cake and gift presentation by the hotel staff to the celebrant. It was fun indeed. I love the hotel and would recommend it to friends.

Based on the reviews on this site, or perhaps my American perspective, I had high expectations for The Vistana. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff did not disappoint, nor did the food & drink - prices were exceptionally reasonable, the bar had a fantastic selection of local Nigerian beers, and we had terrific jollof rice and peppered goat as well as pepper stew (spicy!!) in the restaurant. The location was also as desired, near to the conservation center & Nike gallery. However the hotel is in need of some refurbishment and our room in particular (Swiss Select room on 2nd floor) needed repairs. Broken drawers and cabinet doors, holes around plumbing pipes in bathroom, very dated shower/shower doors. All said, for the price and our short two-night stay, the hotel was reasonable but realistically a 2 star level accommodation.
