The hotel is very nicely situated right on a lake. It’s very lovely and it seemed week kept. The only issue was the service, I. Particular the restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes to be given a menu after being seated. Even getting seated was a bother. We ended up just walking to a table that was not cleared and asked if we can just sit there. They cleared it but that was just the waiter taking the plates off the table. After getting the menus it was another 25 minutes before being asked our order. In the end we just ordered everything all at once so we would not have to wait for the waitress later for desert or more drinks. With respect to the hotel, I had requested one bed but when we got our room it was two twin beds. I went to reception and the solution was just to join the two beds. Not ideal but I was to tired to argue any further. The place is really nice. But the service just kills the rating. If they were to improve that, it would be a really great place to go to. I also want to point out that it’s June during our visit. I would not want to be here In July or August when it the busy season. I will still give it another try some time since the amenities make it worth another try. I am just hoping for better service all around.…

I visited the hotel during my bike trip with friends. I did not plan to stay there but nicely served dinner in the hotel restaurant inspired me to stay overnight. The price was surprisingly high. The room was definitely overpriced. It was small and smelly as nobody was there for months. TV set was not plugged in. Not only to electricity but also to the cable which I had to fix on my own. The worst however was the experience with the breakfast. The breakfast was served at…. 8 am…! The information was written at the desk what I did not notice while booking the room but I have never seen such thing in a 4 star hotel. Since me and my friend was planning intense bike travel and we wanted to eat something at 7… I asked to prepare basic product to eat or drink. Simple bread and coffee. The receptionist refused even to try. It was 7 am and I am pretty sure there was something ready in the kitchen. Really - a cup of coffee would save the situation. The hotel is at the end of day not that bad and nice situated but behavior of the staff is absolutely disappointing. Two star motel. Definitely nit 4! I will never come back.…

No COVID guidelines followed. Buffet service in the middle of a pandemic? Seriously? Guests unmasked serving themselves lukewarm buffet food with no social distancing. Food in the restaurant wasn’t much better. Shower didn’t work properly and was dirty. At around €500 for two nights we left feeling ripped off. How this hotel has four stars is beyond me.

Tucked away behind a long pothole riddled dirt road this gem sits on a lake offering a great and intimate views from some rooms. My room offered a slightly obstructed view of the lake thanks to some trees and had a Very spacious balcony. It would be nicer if my room had a tub and I don’t know if that is an option. Had the salmon during my stay that didn’t go so well. The spa was very relaxing and worth the stay. The pool and jacuzzi were closed during my stay thanks to COVID. The breakfast spread was very good with intercontinental choices. All in all a true hidden gem.

We went after the summer rush, and found the area tranquil and beautiful with perfect views, a little beach and many off-road areas to cycle on. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is good but pricey, and they would do well, so offer a bit more variety - but the taste and textures are just lovely.

Outsanding room however sleeping area in Jr. Suite is not well air-conditioned. Room very clean and comfortable Poor understanding of English at front desk . Food is outstanding! Matt an all around helper was great! Jerry Peterson

We were only able to stay one night while on a trip for work. The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the lake. We didn't get to take part in any of the activities but it looks like a great family vacation spot with plenty to do for all. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

It’s located on the lake surrounded by nice forest. Very nice environment. Modern hotel and that’s all what is special about Moran. Very long and uncomfortable road to reach the place (off road), beds are small and not very comfortable, rooms are just OK, restaurant is also OK but nothing more.

I can with my friends for a pedicure. We came early for lunch, and to walk their beach. ALL of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. R The food was incredible! And the pedicure was relaxing. I try to go at least once a month because I love it so much.

Since it is extremely difficult to find correct restaurant in the region, we went there because we had an ok-good memory. It was a disaster. The food was not good. I simply had a bone with fat in breadcrumps. Really small portion. Will never go to eat there again
