Czarny Gron is a perfect family holiday destination. We have plenty to offer to visitors of all ages: High Ropes Course, tennis court, outdoor fitness, ski simulator, indoor ski slope, climbing walls, bike rental. In winter, try our modern SKI Centre featuring a lighted slope. An alternative to skiing in winter is the ice skating rink which transforms into a tennis court in the summer season.
Children can have fun on the Junior Ropes Course or the trampoline, they can also take part in a variety of activities run by professional entertainers.

I can gladly reccomend this hotel to all of you who search for very good service, good food, relaxing spa and good skiing.
we had one of the luxury rooms ( the romantic one ) and that was huge with a very luxury bathroom.
the spa and pool area could be bigger, but was really nice. the saunas were not overcrowded although it was peak season.
the staff at reception, in the restaurant and in the spa were very proffesional and service minded.
the one thing i can say i was missing was indoor gym.
a very special thanks and appreciacion to the best employee - the driver of the ski bus - Mr Jacek - all cred for happiness, perfect service level

Fantastic location, close to the ski slopes. Great spa and wellness area. Good service. Good beds. We were here for a family wedding for which it's also a great location! Very well located and easy to travel to by motorways from Western Europe. Only the last 40 km on smaller roads.

Czarny Gron is an amazing 4* hotel located in the middle of beautiful Little Beskids (Beskid Maly) mountain Range. Extensive forests surrounding the hotel make this place perfect if you are looking for peace, silence and relax! Large range of SPA treatments will make relaxation even more pleasurable. However the area has plenty to offer for more active people as well. You will find over there: tennis court, outdoor gym, ice rink, ski slope, bike rental, go-ape park etc. Plenty of things that will not allow you to be bored.
Hotel itself is generally quite new, very clean and tidy. Rooms with a good size, equipped with all the essentials. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Restaurant provides cheap and tasty local specialities that you will definitely enjoy :)
The greets advantage of this place is a location where, as mentioned, you can easily chill out & relax or spend your time more active. It's worth to mention that nearby you will find a lot of places that have to visit: Auschwitz, Krakow, Wieliczka or some fun parks in Zator and Inwald.
As this place is located almost in the middle of nowhere you will definitely need your own transport to get there. Easy access from Cracow as well as Katowice airports (around 70km).

The restaurant is a little bit overpriced. Waiting more than one hour without any bread or amuse bouche shouldn ´t be a sign for such a restaurant. Open space. Corridors and the swimming pool area is very modern but the room designed for castle lovers. Generally more than less wasted money

The place is fun to take the family to and enjoy some outdoor activities but stay away from the restaurant as the food is quite the let down. It's either bought frozen or reheated. My wife and I had the meat roll and perogies and both felt sick afterwards.

I could call it dream hotel -- I have stayed in many exclusive hotels (in Switzerland, UK, India, Arab Emirates), but I have never encountered hotel like this. Hotel with "home" atmosphere, delicious polish cuisine (in the tavern on the other side of the road). The surroundings are very quiet, so this is place to relax.

Was here on a vacation solo, thinking I was in need of some well deserved time off.
I took a gamble, heard about this place from friends, booked a flight, booked the hotel - and now I have no regrets what so ever.
Superb food, superb staff and great luxury. Well worth a trip if you want nothing but relax and calm atmosphere.

That was my First Xmas in Poland and My Polish Wife took Us to the Czarny Gron Hotel and must say that was the best Xmas i'v had! First of all we stayed with 2 small children 5 i 2yrs and the Dog lab. So we weren't easy Guest id say but we got lovely spacious room on the 2floor with stunning view mountain and the Hotel. Snow just came down and made that place look like a Winter Wonderland! There was no problem with the Dog walking in the hotel like lobby and elevator Stuff is friendly,speaking english,smiling and helpful that made us happy and comfortable that we stayed extra night! We cudnt leave..:) Room was so clean, bright bed comfy huge! and soft, there was a water for free every time we asked i thougt that was so gr8 we didnt get extra bill after we left. There was a small fridge and the electric kettle even baby bottle heater! We were amazed with the high standart. Apart from this there were a Babysitters/Animators playing with our Kids for the whole day in the big play room for FREEEE!! So we went for ice skating, for a hot whisky,swimming,sauna and dinner just two of Us it was like Heaven..I never been in the place like this and we are coming back this Xmas too! When we were leaving we got lovely present for the kids key chain, and hand puppets with the pingwin logo. Kids were delighted. Hotel is quiet, classy, spotless clean, and decorated in style. Hold on!! Food was so good we were eating so much haha there is no limits u can pick&choose as much as you want all fresh and delicious and various too. Dinners also tasty and yummie. This place has no bad side its SUPEEERRRR- Big Thank You for made Our Xmas Magical..

I've stayed there with my fiancee for a couple of days and we had great time!! It's a 4 star hotel surrounded by mountains and woods. Views are to die for!! Looks so beautiful!! It's finished to a high standard and is very clean. Staff members are very nice and helpful. You've got a use of a great spa,where the service is just brilliant. As a guest you are entitled to 15%off the spa treatments as well as anything on the hotel premises. You can relax in the swimming pool and finish in sauna. There is lot of entertainment for kids as well. If you want to enjoying your time outdoors, there are nature trails around the area. The only thing I would suggest for the hotel is to improve on food in the restaurant. We had a fabulous time and definitely will go back there.
