Last month we lived a wonderful day with my friends in the best place in Mallorca, specially in the Robinson club. It was a magical day that I will soon forget. The comfortable facilities, that spectacular sunset and the warmth of its employees make it a unique and unforgettable place.
Massage! I would like to say big thanks to Balint from Robinson club in cala Serena. He did incredible sport massage! His hands just magical! Highly recommend! I feel fresh and full of energy after this great treatment. The staff is very friendly and kind. Nice Spa experience.
Overall good club but lacked the Robinson atmosphere in comparison to other clubs. We've been to 3 other clubs so far and this one in Mallorca was good but ranks last in comparison with the other 3 in our eyes. Quality of everything is good, the grounds are well maintained and taken care of, all local staff was very nice and friendly, the German staff (Robys) were less engaged and caring (just like uninterested teenagers, lol). You could see the manager was around the whole time, greeting people, having that Robinson vibe, but the junior staff was clearly just at a summer job. Except of the lady handing out beach towels, she was clearly the entertainer and sparkle of fun. Food was OK, good selection and quality, fresh and all but just lacked that wow factor. Tastes were ok but a little bland, didn't have that punch, didn't make you feel like "oh boy, this chocolate cake is really great". You still eat it but can't justify to yourself that the calories were totally worth it, if you know what I mean ;) I hit the gym in here more than in any other club. Speaking of sports, the fitness program was not as broad and appealing like in other clubs, so I mostly used the gym rather than classes. Gym was well equipped and very good (though I would put more notices to clean the equipment after yourself. It's not the club, it's the users who seem to forget the gym etiquette - make it nicer for the person after you and wipe clean the equipment you've just used). Swimming pools were nice and big, though rather cold at this time of the year, so the swimming was rather a quick mandatory dip than pure enjoyment. Room was good and spacious but didn't have enough electrical sockets. We had a sleeping medical aid and asked for an extension cord at the reception to put it closer to bed but didn't get one. It's not a minus point cause I get that such request is not a standard one. Small feedback would be for the reception to give us a little follow up and say that they won't be able to provode it. They had our room number, so a little note would have been a nice touch that they remembered about us and tried. The Tchibo coffee machine was broken on arrival, we asked reception 3 times to fix it, they finally did after 2 days but it starter blinking all lights again the next day. Most likely just needed a good descaling. Shower has a see-through window to the room, so it's OK if you're a couple but could be a bit awkward in other circumstances. Water pressure was good, bathroom was comfortably big. Beds were comfy and slept well. Airco worked at the beginning, after a few days with heavy thunders the airco stopped working well, the fan was still on but not cooling. It was just a little uncomfortable but not too bad. WiFi had good and bad moments but I saw the club was trying to fix it with a technician. House keeping always kind and smiling, doing a good job, so very grateful to them for their work. …
The room was super baby friendly, the view and the garden is amazing. The restaurant is perfect with lot of type of food and vegan options as well. The staff is very helpful. My baby had high temperature and they called a doctor who arrived in a few minutes. Thank you Nikolett (spa manager) for your help❤️The beach is beautiful with sand what is perfect with a baby. The wellness furnitures look new and cosy.

Worst ever hotel experience. It angers me that I have to write something here in order to hopefully hear from someone. Took 10 minutes for us to speak to someone to check in, then 30 minutes to do the actual check-in. The room is so old, dark and tatty with no amenities other than an all in one squeeze bottle in the shower to wash your body and hair - which speaks for the rest of the hotel. And a bar of soap to wash your hands. 2 body towels and no hand or face towels. I then got food poisoning and was very sick my first day/night. We called reception to inform them and ask if there was anything they could give me to help… there was no apology or enquiry on what had made me sick and they offered to bring me food from the buffet but clearly I was not in the state to eat. We were due to check out the next morning and we called to ask if we could stay another night because I was still very unwell. Again no acknowledgement that I was unwell in the hotel. They said we could stay another night (full charge) if we moved to a room next door. I told them I couldn’t physically move myself, no offer to help or anything. The most shocking piece is… when my mum went to reception after they promised to bring us shampoo etc the next morning and hadn’t by the evening. My mum noticed that people checking in were getting sparkling wine. My mum asked why we wouldn’t have been offered anything to drink when we checked in, was it because we weren’t German… the lady said “yes, possibly” and nodded her head! What a shame and at such an expense. I hope to hear from someone at the hotel, If they care about their clients……
This resort has everything you need to unwind from your stressed life - Perfect location for outdoor activities especially water sports thanks to the cozy cove it borders, Great boarding available almost all-day-long so you won't get starved while busy playing, Very friendly staffs willing to help your vacation go seamlessly. My stay here was a real bargain!
We had a great time. Meals all over the day of high quality. People (stuff and guests) were friendly and nice and they had a large offer of activities for everyone. The rooms were nice. The sea was rather hot (28°) and very clear.
First thing first,The language of instruction and communication is German, almost all clientele are Germans. This was our very first club vacation taking into consideration that because of the Covid situation , we wanted to have everything under one roof. First impression, kind of dissapointing, the lobby does not match any expectation. The check in took over 30 minutes, and the receptionist held communication , with her workmate, in between. Quiet annoying . Room, another dissapointment, very simple, like a hostel. If you are used of urban ,stylish hotels . Plus is that family rooms are adjacent. Another down thing, no slippers, no amenity kit, no toiletries. A joke, for the price . The hotel grounds are beautiful, palm trees, flowers. 3 pools, lots of sport activities. Very good for an active family vacation. Best is the food, good buffett quality , fresh and tasty. Big applause to the kitchen. Full board includes soft drinks and cheap wine. The restaurant waiters seem very stressed, especially in the evening. They clear your table exactly at 9.30 whether you are done or not. Evening shows and entertainment are ok and motto partys. Theres alot to see, and if you want to be seen and dont mind such a crowd, you are at this club right as there is alot of such a type walking around. Id recommend this club to families, there are many kids, and many activities for kids. Any person who likes an active sporty vacation. But not for individual travellers, or if you prefer boutique hotels. …
A wonderful vacation. Excellent staff, plenty of fun activities, clean, comfortable room and fine foods and drinks. Our special thanks to the local “Havana master” Oliver and his cigar lounge. We spent many a relaxing evening enjoying fine cigars (he has an exceptional collection of well-aged Cuban cigars!), a well rounded selection of spirits (high quality single malts and rums) and lively conversations - all to a background of relaxing music… Keep up the great work!
