Travelers' Choice
Hotel Pleamar comes from the illusion and work of a young initiative, with the intention of offering a service of quality and comfort to anyone who wants to lodge in it and live a new experience, full with sensations, in a small seaside village situated on the western coast of Asturias, Puerto de Vega. To take care of the small details, a personalized treatment and the respect for traditions and nature is what defines the philosophy of this house. We want to make you feel happy, enjoy the small things, walk barefooted in the beach, breathe the smell of the sea waves beating against the rocks, feel free in the wind and escape from the activity, from the monotony of daily life.

The Pleamar Hotel is fabulous. It is a boutique hotel in the fishing village of Puerto de Vega which has several unpretentious restaurants which serve delicious fresh fish. The hotel itself has only a few rooms, each of which is individually decorated with a sea theme as is the rest of the hotel. There is a great  attention to detail in everything, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the sumptuous breakfast, complete with home made cakes and pastries. What makes this place however is the staff. Mila and her team of ladies go out of their way to ensure that you are well-cared for during your stay. They are friendly, helpful and generous and nothing is too much. This hotel is a gem and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Pleamar, in the ‘La Faneca’ suite for five nights towards the end of September. The service from the team was outstanding, the suite was exceptional with terrific views, and the breakfast an absolute delight. The team here deserve to do well as they all work exceedingly hard to ensure visitors have a great stay. Nothing is to much trouble, especially home baked cakes !! Worth a visit just for the cakes !! Thank you all Dionne & Keith

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is beautiful with views of the ocean. When we arrived we were able to park right at the hotel and were greated by the host which was very nice and informative. This hotel is absolutely beautiful done in a nautical theme, we stayed in the ground floor apartment and had our own semi private patio and yard. They also brought us a bottle of cave wine for 2 with chocolates and pastry. Everyday they refill your mini frig with water, beers and Cokes. The service is outstanding, every toiletry you would need is providing and as we checked out were given a thank you note and 2 bottles of water. Best hotel I've stayed in so far in Spain.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the welcome from the staff is second to none and they had lovely little touches such as a fridge with complementary drinks in the room. Our room was on the ground floor on one side and the street was just outside which meant that we didnt feel comfortable leaving the shutters or windows open on that side of the room, the bathroom window was also straight onto the street so again we felt it wasnt private enough. However the room itself was lovely, the breakfast was really good too. I would highly recommend the costal walk also.
