This beauty stands on a hill in Franciacorta, its location is stunning and nature is the main character. The house is like a magic old castle where you can get lost discovering wine cellars and old libraries... The outdoor pool gives you good time to relax but also the SPA makes all perfect and great during the stay. I would...

This is an amazing place. The rooms are cosy 'old'' style but far from outdated. The breakfast room is even more special. When looking after 'authenticity' , this is the place to be. Located on the top of a hill, you feel even more special.

Cappuccini Resort is set on a hilltop of the Franciacorta countryside. The place was recomended by one of the wine makers from Franciacorta. Before the wine testing we wanted to eat something intresting nearby so we went there for lunch. The service was excellent and the waiter very well informed and attentive. We enjoyed not just outstanding food but also fantastic wines...

So, I found this intriguing little place when scouring for a relaxing and unique hotel to spend the last night of our belated honeymoon. It looked amazing, just up our street; secluded location, interesting restored building, panoramic views, lovely grounds, tempting spa and nice restaurant. Oh dear. What a disappointment. We arrived to some confusion over our booking and were...

A beautifully restored Italian villa with fantastic attention to detail and a relaxing and peaceful ambience. A great room, lovely quiet courtyard and superb grounds. The nearby woods with paths and tracks fro running and walking is an added bonus. A superb restaurant with great food, romantic atmosphere and great service. A delicious menu and very impressive wine list. We...

If you like old, but want “old elegant” then give this a miss, however, if “old rustic” is more your thing, then this might be for you. This hotel is an Italian hotel, run for Italians on the top of a hill near Lake Iseo, and I think it struggles with what it wants to be. Certainly not for children...

Me and my wife stayed here for a couple of days. Our mission was to have relaxing days and beauty treatment at wonderful spa not far from this charming hotel. We experienced a pleasant stay, enjoyed pool and walked around the fantastic garden. Our room was rustic but very clean. We loved this hidden gem and loved the location too,...

We spent less than 24 hours in the hotel and spa Cappuccini but it was enough to decide to take off. Althogh the hotel is well restored the family that owns it is really unpleasant and craves for money so you will be charged for everything you do and also for what you don't do! The spa is a good...

Our experience at the Cappuccini has been a strange combination of good and bad. The place is charming, the rooms beautiful, food very good and the treatement at the annex spa and the personnel there were a real pleasure. Less pleasant was the all experience with the family running the business. Clearly they are not professional, we heard them often...
