I came here for truly 5 days of beach time with nothing else on my agenda. And for that, it's fantastic. It is also very close to Tayrona Park, making it an easy day trip or even a quick overnight excursion. There really isn't much to do, so go to relax and meet fun people. If you are looking for...

If you are in the area you must go!! Stayed 2 nights and would have stayed longer! Such a great atmosphere. Food was delicious, beds were comfy, and facilities were very clean. Good social atmosphere, everyone is friendly and just a there to have a good time. Always something to do whether it's surfing, volleyball, or chilling in a hammock...

My boyfriend and I spent 5 days at Costeno and the place felt like a resort. The people there are amazing, the food is incredible and there is so much to do. We spent our first morning in surfing lessons and found it to be a great place to learn how to surf. Some days are better than others but...

My girlfriend (a non-surfer), few friends and I had a lovely time here. The place is very laidback with fun staff, easy going social vibe with lunch and dinners prepared and eaten together with fellow costeners. Surf wise, I surf a lot and struggled to find decent waves. The Carribbean is not one for waves, but the beaches are absolutely...

Most importantly: There is NO surfing going on (!) the waves are just not adequate to surf (too choppy). It is more a slightly 'surf minded' camp, most of all a nice beach. The plus:The food is amazing: really really good. The beach is nice. The minus: no surfing, no atmosphere, basically during the day construction is going on, not...

There's two confusing things about this spot even though it is beautiful, relaxing and fun. Firstly, this coastline is not a surfers paradise. Most of the time the waves are churny, break early and not very big. It also means you don't want to go far from the shore for a swim as it's potentially dangerous with currents. During the...

Costeño is one of my favorite hostels in Colombia. Such a beautiful place just outside of the city. Perfect to plan your trip to the Tayrona National Park by the way. Take some surf lessons, chill in the hammocks and enjoy the delicious food. Loved the staff and atmosphere at Costeño, very unique. Lots of love to Anna, Rayza and...

We were actually booked in at a hotel just a few hundred meters down the road, but we walked past Costeno Beach Surf camp and it looked so welcoming and comfortable that we booked to stay the following night. We stayed in hammocks which are slung under the dormitory accomodation. There are around 15 hammocks, but well spaced out and...

Costeño Beach is a cheap, familiar and beautiful hostel located in the road from the Parque Tayrona to Palomino. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. The building is in very good condition and it has everything to have fun. You will meet a lot of nice people (mostly travelers) that stays there and then doesn't want to leave. The only...
