Hi there we are thinking of booking a private villa through the hotel from june 26-july 5th .... will the villa's pool be heated and what are average daily temperatures like at this time of year? is it sunbathing weather? many thanks!

Hi Lulenk, Thank you for your interest. When booking please request pool heating as not all villas with private pool have this option available. This option will have an additional supplement. As per the weather, our temperatures range from 22 to 28ºC. Shall you be looking for a warm summer without the humidity with cool breezes our area will please you very much. In any circumstance, you will find various activities in the area shall the beach not be an option.

I understand there is no air conditioning in apartments. What alternative is available? eg fans

Dear KEG2015, thank you for contacting Holiday Residences. Due to the construction of our units and our mild weather, air conditioning isn't necessary. However, shall you feel the need you may always ask if there is a fan available at Reception, as they are on request.
