Fantastic dog friendly B&B in beautiful rural Staffordshire. A real treat for animal lovers with resident dogs, cats, sheep, chickens and plenty of wildlife. The house is full of character and our room was lovely, big bed, lovely big duvet, fabulous bathroom and big fluffy towels, and brace yourself for a brilliant farmhouse breakfast. Everything to make the stay perfect...

We stayed with Debbie and Adrian in the early summer of 2013 and had one of the best weekends away ever. The farm itself is just stunning, and the beds are the comfiest I have ever slept in but its the welcome you receive which makes Hay House Farm the best dog friendly b&b. I stayed with my friends, my...

We have just returned from 2 nights at Hay House, we took our pooch and we were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Located just outside the National Park, Ipstones is perfected situated for beautiful walks and sightseeing without being crowed-out. We stayed in The Belmont Suite and found it to be huge and luxurious with a lovely spa-bath...

We found this fab place on Facebook and booked because it was a Beagle Weekend. They had 6 inches of snow the day before we arrived and Debbie kept us well informed prior re travel arrangements. The location of Hay House Farm is lovely, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt relaxed & stress free (despite having 3 Beagles)...

This was our second visit to Hay House and we had been looking forward to it since we booked it in March. We stayed for three nights over Christmas (23-26 December) in the gorgeous Belmont Suite. The room was spotlessly clean with lots of really nice extra touches, like a Christmas card from the proprietors Debbie and Adrian and some...

Stayed here on 23rd Dec after finding it on a dog friendly hotel search as we were travelling from Jersey to Manchester and just wanted to break up the journey after an overnight ferry and came up trumps. Even the initial contact with the owners via email was satisfying as it is nice to find patrons who don't discriminate against...

This was the third time we have stayed at Hay House Farm, and as always everything was perfect. Our pugs Pepsi and Tutu just love being at Hay House, they have the run of the place and our hosts treat them as they would treat their own. The place is spotless, the food is Devine, nothing is too much trouble. Our...

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for 3 nights over the August Bank Holiday weekend with our 2 little Cocker Spaniels, Bailey and Loki. Lovely long driveway up to the house which is very impressive! Beautiful old restored (to a very high standard) farm house. There are chickens and sheep in the first field as you pull into the gravelled...

We have just returned from our first stay at Hay House Farm where “doggy friendly” means just that. Debbie and Adrian made us very welcome in their beautiful farmhouse where well-behaved dogs are encouraged to wander around in the house and gardens, as they would do at home. Debbie and Adrian work extremely hard and are justifiably proud of their...
