Stayed here to split a long journey. Excellent value. Very quiet room. Exceptionally helpful receptionist (Rebecca) on front desk, who would be a credit to any hotel anywhere. Only problem was no staff available to meet us at breakfast - leading to a long wait. But generally highly recommended

Does what it says on the tin but at a price. They advertise rooms fro £40 I have never booked a room under £100 for a budget hotel the prices a getting silly. I could stay in Westminster for less then I can stay at Epson South,

The main reason that we stay here is to go racing. We have stayed on numerous occasions over the last few years & we have found the hotel to be clean & comfortable with friendly staff. The one thing that lets it down consistently is the quality of the food. Breakfast is usually fine which ever option you have, but the evening...

Extra large rooms for families. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed it. 5 star. Will definitely stay here again. Staff is very co-operative. 1 thing. We booked 1 family room n a double room. But they weren't even on the same floor. But guess it was cause they were really busy.

Great value hotel. Stayed for one night for business and had a great experience. Premier breakfast well worth it-lots of choice and cooked to order. Free wi-fi included. My only issue was I missed the turning 3 times! It's located just after the junction and if you don't know where to turn off it can be confusing as there are...

We visited in April, we chose this location as a halfway point between Chessington & Thorpe Park. It's location is perfect for that, 20 minutes from Chessington & 50 from Thorpe Park. Staff were helpful and courteous, we had 2 rooms, unfortunately family rooms are not situated next to each other so one was down the hallway through some doors....

Come on Whitbread, it's 2016! How can you be operating such a dated facility in this high profile location? Shabby, no rooms accessible without steps, one 13 amp socket on a wall opposite the bed. I had a note asking me to move my belongings because a "deep clean" was taking place the next day. Waste of time, still shabby,...

First Time at a Premier, so were not too sure of procedure, but Stall all very welcoming, friendly and answered all questions etc immediately. We have often stayed overnight at other Hotel Chains but this was definitely the best ever.

Epsom is truly a case of 'never judge a book by its cover', as the exterior didn't bode well. However, all staff were excellent, and it was great to find a topper on the Hypnos bed (previously we had always found them too hard, which meant we didn't stay in Premier Inns as often as we would have wished). We'll...
