We were in this hotel nearly every year since they opened it. I must say that each year it is worse. Staff is not trained specially in restaurant. There is very small choice of food in restaurant for dinner. We ordered pork chop with bone and it was made terrible. There was blood near bone so it wasn’t properly cooked. We couldn’t get spare towels to go to swimming pool- they wanted to charge us money for the towels even we were staying there for a week and already spend a lot of money. Breakfast was exactly the same every day. Even cakes were the same. They were too lazy to cut some fruits. We had to take whole apples- that was the only fruit available. All the food on breakfast was cold- sausages, scrambled eggs- everything cold. When we mentioned it to staff they were very rude. I think that director of this hotel should wake up and start looking at this. Heating in the room wasn’t working. Also wifi completely didn’t work. This is serious issue specially if there is very bad network coverage too. The only plus is the design of the hotel and nice outside area. First years after opening it was the best hotel with high quality food. I was recommending it to all my friends but now I’m not even thinking about coming back there. For so expensive hotel I would expect more. This should be 1 star hotel now. Wake up if you don’t want to lose future customers because of bad reputation.

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet area with a nice view to the lake. Fine room which was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. But the very best was the steak we got in the restaurant.

Very nice stays for a few days! The location- super! The staff - very friendly & helpful! The rooms - clean & comfortable! My advice: take Roms Numbers 201, 301, or 228-231, you have big terraces and there are the best view of the lake! For families & couples! There you can find a lot of entertainment. We will return by all means!

The hotel is ideally located at the lake of Zbaszyn. Rooms with balcony overlooking the lake. Excellent breakfast buffet and good dining options in the hotel restaurant. Quiet location, except when we were there, there was a wedding party going on, with a lot of drunk people sitting outside. The room and the bed were small, traveling as a couple with a small baby, it is not easy to move around in the room. I would recommend this hotel for a couple days getaway in a quiet location.

We have been there before at the Hotel Navigator, it’s a really nice place. Positive: Super lake view Peaceful place Good food Clean Nice rooms Value for money Negative: It can be hard to get a table for dinner, why they don’t open the room next to I don’t know. You can’t get a coffee after 10 a clock in the evening and you don’t have the option in the room, it’s really bad service Slow internet

We spend here only one night but we really enjoyed our stay. Room are big and clean with a nice view to the lake. Pool and sauna are ok. The food at the restaurant was a great discovery. I have taken risotto with peas and salmon. The combination of tastes was really well thought. Tartar was also very tasty and elaborated

We spent 2 nights here getting away from the crowds in Berlin and wanting some calm time with our 8 month old child. This place did the trick. So why not rate them with a 5? Well, still needs some great improvement to accommodate parents with babies. But then again, they don't advertise themselves as a Hotel with a strong care for children attention. The restaurant was really great... delicious meals and really friendly staff. Even when language was a barrier we got the service and smiles which compliment any service. A great view to the lake from our room. Quiet at all times and super clean. Well done. We'd surely comeback again

We were there for nearly a week. Dinner and breakfast were very tasty. Rooms in good condition, clean and tidy. Staff very nice. The only problem was one day in restaurant. We ordered a bottle of wine. We were waiting an hour for that bottle and after an hour we were told that they don't have it in the restaurant, they were trying to get it from somewhere alse but had no luck. What is the point to have wine in the menu and then don't have it physically. That was more than weird and shouldn't take place at all.
