This is a really nice hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Nicely situated to shops and you can explore the village and is a great base to go further afield. Has a good bar and the prices are very reasonable. Down side there was no air conditioning in the room we had.

Nice welcoming English speaking reception staff. Hotel is in a good location for exploring the town. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby plus a bank. The hotel is nice and serves a good choice of food and drinks. Our family room was large enough for a family of four with a good sized bathroom with a good shower. The room was clean and tidy with fresh linen and towels. The only issue was our room did not have air conditioning but the windows did open to let a little fresh air in but it was still hot at night. There is a nice lake and small sandy beach plus kayaks and pedalos to hire which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, you can purchase food and drink from the bar there, it is popular with locals at the weekend. Our family enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend to others.

I did not arrive until 00h30, but the reception was 24 hours. I had a lovely big room and surprised to see Tea and Coffee facilities in the room, very unusual outside UK. The room was clean and comfortable with a reasonable sized bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good choice from the buffet including a couple of cooked options. My only complaint was no fresh crusty bread, but this could just be a local thing. It is well located with a small supermarket underneath the main entrance, and a short walk to the lakes and the main square/ At 200 Zlt a night I though it excellent value. The free wifi was good compared to may establishments I have stayed at.

This hotel is in the middle of the village. All stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel had clean rooms. The hotel reception is neither friendly nor unfriendly. When I visited the hotel young people came to the hotel bar to enjoy an expensive evening out. See and be seen :-). A good hotel and I would not mind staying in this hotel again.

I stayed overnight at this hotel in the center of Siemiatycze. The staff was very nice and the food they served (both dinner and breakfast) was quite good. I am rating this hotel "very good" because of the cleanliness and cooking, but it is a very basic hotel which has the feel of a motel about 30-40 years in the past, at least to this New Yorker. The room furnishings are simple and the hotel could definitely be brighter. Still, everything was spotless and I'm not sure that the economics of a small town hotel would support a major upgrade in the decor. One thing: there is not an elevator that I could see, so one might not want to bring heavy luggage along. I didn't, so I was fine. The wifi worked well and there is ample parking behind the hotel. The hotel is in the center of town, not 100 meters away from the main traffic circle. There is a small supermarket below the hotel. Should you take the train here from Warsaw (about 2 hours, 20 minutes), you should be aware that the Siemiatycze train station is not actually in the town. It is about 5 miles away. In any case, when I return to Siemiatycze, I will stay once again at this hotel.

The hotel stays very near the main road number 19, in a quiet place. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant which was very good indeed! Staff was remarkably fine and efficient. A recommended place to stop while travelling north to south on the eastern part of Poland.

The staff is helpful but.. 1. There are many small things e.g. not working lamps, damaged doors of the shower cabin 2. The restaurant is really bad. The food is barely eatable, at the breakfast we gave up after waiting for 25 min for the scrambled eggs. The coffee machine is not working 3. In the room you can hear your neighbor reading a newspaper.

I booked 2 rooms without breakfast on booking.com for 235zl when we were checking out we were told 310zl as that they have a policy of charging for each person even if you do opt to book the room rather that number of guests. When I arrived yesterday they told me in the hotel its was 175 per room per night and I was out for dinner and I found them on booking . Com for 235 so I booked on booking .com so I suspect it's sour grapes as we now have 3 different prices , the money is nothing it only a few euros but the principal is terrible as I suspect this happens to all tourists at this hotel

Hello, we are dissapointed that this misunderstanding happned. Price for one room without breakfast in our Hotel is 115 zł, for 2 persons is 175. These prices are still. Our guest probably misunderstood our price list on booking.com side and booked two single room except two double rooms, thats why misunderstanding happend.

We were travelling from Lithuania to Zamosc and decided to break our journey. The hotel was on the way in- we drove around a little and looked at some other places but opted for the 3 star Kresowiak for around £42 B&B. There was a very helpful receptionist, the hotel was sparkling clean, our room and en suite was attractive and a decent size. We walked around the centre but it was very quiet with no cafes or restaurants open so we returned to the hotel to eat. the food was excellent- our 2 course meal with 2 beers & 2 cokes came to less than £20 with a tip.
