NOT 4* Star worthy...small rooms, small bed and simply in a bad shape.. restaurant is horrible as well and takes ages to Cook even simple order.. far from impressed... I think it’s possible to find better hotels in the area

We hosted a week long dance camp here and it was one of the most professional hotel team we have ever worked with. Super helpful from planning through to running of our events! The facilities were immaculate, location was easily reachable and staff were friendly which combined makes it a comfortable stay for us and our 30 guests. +The restaurant and food was amazing! We are that happy and satisfied that we are booking 2 weeks for 2 dance events next year 2020! Thank you! Hoi x

The hotel lyson was very nice. We had a 3 night stay and it was convenient to Wadowice, Auschwitz, and the salt mines. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was excellent. Very clean and free parking and very comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel for family and couples, there is a nice sports restaurant with the best ribs in that town. There is a dinosaur park and miniature park for kids. Rooms are spacious very clean,staff are amazing trying to help all the time.

We really loved this hotel. It was such a clean and it looks so so new. Stuff were really friendly and helpfull. Room were masive, really really big. And you had everythink you need in there. Breakfast super. And restaurant in there dor dinner were really good too. And we really enjoy a day in Inwald park which is behind this hotel.Inside a hotel is really nice child room with lots of toys.Outside is a kinder garden too. We deffinitly will come back again..:-)

Good spacious rooms, and recreational facilities with sauna, jacuzzi etc open until nine pm. Nice food at dinner (open until 11 pm which was great for us as we arrived fairly late and this gave us enough time to have a sauna before dinner) - a wide choice of hot and cold foods at breakfast - much appreciated too!

Visited for one night, going on business. Well cleaned, nice hotel with very friendly staff. Large rooms, comfortable bed. Very cozy restaurant, with large steak menu. Ordered steak with french fries home made. It was delicious, well spiced and tender. Breakfast at your choice, with large offer of warm platters, muesli and fruits. Overall I must admit, it overcame my expectations which I had considering the area where the hotel is situated.

I stayed in the hotel for 1 night. My apartment was large, well designed and very clean. The staff in a reception was professional and helpful. I recommend good and tasty north-american quisine in restaurant "Champs".

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (family with a 1 year old baby). It was a great choice of hotel, great location, really comfortable room (kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer, basic cosmetics, comfortable bed, tv, small fridge, mineral water etc.). There is a separate room for kids with toys, which was great for us, our little one really enjoyed it. As the visit was during my birthday I've also received a very nice gift from the hotel and the restaurant :) The hotel restaurant is also excellent, great food, very nice and helpful staff. The breakfast which was included in the price was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
