Everything you’d hope for from a 3 star hotel and more. The owners are really welcoming and helpful. We traveled from the uk to Lithuania by car and stayed here over night. Was really grateful to get the car parked safely off the road. Was delighted with the comfort of the rooms and even more so by a complimentary cold beer for a late night weary traveler. Next time we make the journey by car we will definitely try and book here and I strongly recommend it.

I lodge 2 night in this simple hotel, close to the industrial Area. The unique problem was the lift that is not present and maybe its better when you book you ask for a grould flor room or just at firts floor. About the Room was clean, very big size, good washroom and perfect silence. The restaurant was perfect. I was not expecting so good quality and service. Lot of Kindness, sevice up to the mark. The breakfast also very complete and good quality. I suggest to stay there and at list to try the restaurant that is cooking traditional and international food. Perfect Tomato Soup, the Duck breast was really delicious, The warm Apple Pie with chocolate topping also.

I have stayed here twice now, once in September 2013 and then July-August 2015. The first time I stayed here I was there with my two children, my grandparents and my auntie and her friend. I was in Poland for my husbands cousins wedding butt family came to babysit the children whilst we was at the wedding. We was all put next to each other on the same corridor. The rooms we had were standard rooms but we're lovely and homely. With a bath and shower. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We stayed here for a week and the staff were helpful and friendly especially the bar lady and Bartek. The day we was due to fly home we checked out of all but one room which we asked if we could do so as my grandad was really tired and needed to rest before the late night flight and they didn't charge any extra. The food was amazing. The second time we stayed here was the end of July until sometime August. Me and my husband had our wedding on the 1st August and because my family All live In UK we booked them all into San remo after really enjoying our first stay. Let's start with for the first day and night it was just me, my children, my auntie and her friend. By the next evening we was joined by 5 more guest who had drives all the way. They all had a speedy check-in due to me and my husband meeting with Bartek before everyone flew over and paid. They had a list oft guests and there rooms. So by now there was 10 of us. Then Thursday came, the morning was lovely two excited children though for what was to come later. Me And my husband went to lodz airport in the afternoon to collect 14 more guest. Again a very speedy check-in and two overly excited children to see there grandparents whom they hadn't seen in 3 weeks as we drove to Poland 3 weeks prior. All my guest got them selves sorted in there rooms showered Etc. I took 23 of these guest to the local shop to buy tram tickets for on tram and showed them round. Well it was like wild animals let out of a zoo. Most of us separated but we eventually met up and all got TAXIS back to the hotel with me running to each taxi telling them where to go. Now this is where the fun starts. There was all us in the hotel, some had some food in restaurant and others just started drinking and did so all night. The poor lady behind the bar she was so busy but kept the drinks coming and also dos refuse to serve some who she felt had to much and they was taken to bed. Even on the next day when the last3 of my guests came to Poland. The staff were amazing and when my family dos get loud they was told to be quiet which they did do. On the day of the wedding it was crazy everyone going in and out of different rooms as we was separated which is understandable. I think the staff were relived when my guest all left to get the coach at 3 for the wedding and didn't return until 4 am however they was quite and went straight to their rooms to sleep. When they returned for our second day party. The ones who managed to get up and eat breakfast said they left food out until 1pm which the staff later said they thoughts family wouldn't surface until late. Me and my children stayed I the apartment and it was lovely the children loved having a "secret door" to there room. I can't thank San remo enough for accommodating us all and for Putting up with us. This is the best hotel I've been to. And we will all be returning at some point.
