After 7 years of traveling and staying at various hotels, this must be the worst hotel I have ever slept on. The rooms are very small, and way too hot. The blankets of the single beds are far too short; does not go beyond your navel. The restaurant is completely worthless, the chef does not understand his profession, steaks are completely cooked, eggs in the morning are still completely liquid. Groups of Poles also regularly stay there, drinking themselves completely drunk, and shouting down the corridor until deep into the night, banging on each other's doors and guests, and the hotel reception doesn't do anything about this. I will definitely NEVER stay here again
Together with a friend we spent a weekend at Lawendowe Termy. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The front desk welcoming and efficient, the check-in took no longer than 5 minutes so we could start enjoy the pool and sauna. Both indoor and outdoor pools are amazing, the water temperature is just right and we spent several hours in the pool. In the evening we had dinner and their signature lavender drink, staff was once again polite and accommodating and the food tasted heavenly - I strongly recommend the duck dumplings! Breakfast buffet did not disappoint either offering many choices and great produce. The rest of the day was once again spent in the pool and since our treatments did not start until late in the afternoon the staff helped us with extending the stay in our room until the last treatment ended. I especially liked how professionally the staff handled the fact they could not preform one of the treatments I have chosen due to late delivery of products. I have received immediate help with choosing something to replace it that would have equal or better effect, with information on how the different products work comparing to the ones I had picked. Overall the best spa experience ever! - and I am a spa-snob :)…
Quite new hotel with spa. Very good for relaxing and overall recovery. Could be very crowdy during so called integrations events organized by companies, otherwise nice hotel, good food and if you are interesting to walk around it is a good place.
Definitely not on line with a 4 stars, the smell of the swimming pool is everywhere, Wi-Fi doesn't work in all the rooms. The swimming pool (internal and external) is not so big but beautiful and supplied with hot springs, maybe the best from this hotel. The hotel is located nearby small village, very nice place to relax, not so easy to find the way at first time. Rooms are not so bad and just ok. The food quality is not ok.
We arrive there on Saturday Room at 1st look ok But a few surprised not on line with a 4 stars A spiders net from few weeks up to bed Strong smell in wc Wifi dosn't work in room After these, we decide to visite swimming pool...and on way...nice to see hydrant blocked by few tables on 1st floor..nice for safety Concerning swimming pool..2 clients was served with alcohol on glaces,..thanks again for safety Any how...spa was very good I end, by pretty noisy night...a foot ball team
One of the worst experiences I've had. First of all we've been given a hotel card in a "reused/recycled" paper pouch that had been used previously and had the room number corrected - it was clearly worn out. Then the hotel elevators that were NOT synchronized at all - so even though they were next to each other they were completely independent - very strange experience. We had the room with a jacuzzi. It was quite clean but had many minor finishing issues that one can quickly notice. On the balcony (where jacuzzi was) the floor was a plain concrete (no tiles, wood, and no, the concrete was not the kind of decorative). No tea/coffee in the room must be a joke. We've asked for a kettle and got one promptly. It was leaking water. WiFi on our floor was not working properly (would not assign IPs). The pools look like their are not being properly ventilated or taken care of - paint comes off, rust/limescale clearly visible here and there. The water is nice but that's not enough. The funny, unexpected, situation was with the towels that you have to take from your room - no towels in the pool area. There were supposed to be additional towels in our room but they were nowhere to be found. Instead I found some additional creased bedding just thrown in the closet. The Staff, they were quite helpful but it look like they don't really know how to run a proper 4 star hotel. Probably not their fault. Food in the restaurant was decent. I can't recommend this hotel. It's not being properly taken care of and in my opinion has not been properly set up for a 4 star hotel, like someone wanted to do a 4 star hotel but it was their first attempt and they run out of money at some point and made many compromises.…
The hotel is located nearby small climatic village known with it's hot springs. Very nice place to relax. Quiet hotel is sourrounded with lavenda aromatic fields. Its swimming pools are also supplied with hot springs. My wife was thrilled with warm water (40degC plus) and she was swimming for hours. It was little to hot for me to swim but I have spent time watching her or playing with son in swimming pool. There is also public water playground facility with more swimming pools and other attractions nearby but ussualy crowded during vacation season. Hotel restaurant with quite good polish food offers also extraordinary attractions like lavenda ice cream or lavenda beer - surprisingly good. Nice quiet place to chill down and relax. Wide spa, sauna service is also avaliable. Only issue is poor AC/ventilation that have to be compensated by opening room windows.…
Situated in quiet place, not so easy to find the way at first time. Fantastic internal and external swimmig pool, pefect for sunny days, on Saturday with drinks served while in water:) Nice fitness (unfortunately with no air condition nor instructions for equipment). Rooms with no air condition so it was too hot to sleep well. Paid parking space but it is hard to reach the hotel without a car. Fantastic breakfasts big and delicious, many dishes homemade. Try lavender ice cream and liquer. Some castle and swimmig pool attractions in Uniejów the nearest town, Shopping in Łódź 50 km from the hotel. Excellent place for relaxing weekend, but for longer stay.
We booked in January, for a two night stay. We asked for a KB room, with no feathers, as my husband is allergic. All fine, no deposit required. We arrived yesterday, the room had 2 SB in it. They move us to a room with a QB and feather pillows, and doona. Th third room was prepared as we sat and watched, the bed made, the feathers removed. They only have scrim curtains, which do not block out anything.
Hotel is brand new and situated in peaceful place, a little bit far away from popular term complex. Swimming pool is very attractive, especially in winter time. Service is young and still under training however nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and JUST OK. Only one disapointment : the food quality. But next door is located very nice place where you can eat home-made food.
