My wife and I stayed in this hotel in June 2022 and spent a few days relaxing in Brenna. The room was comfortable and had all the usual requirements. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the hotel had made a big effort to make people feel comfortable. The hotel had a beach and we had a very enjoyable evening watching an outdoor film 'Mumma Mia' sipping wine as did many other people. We couldn't use the spa treatment area because it was fully booked during our stay, but the list of treatments are quite extensive and would suggest you book prior to arrival. I would recommend this hotel as clearly I believe the management are keen to look after guests and provide things to do.

Best hotel in Poland I ever stayed. The hotel is located centrally and you find all in a walking distance. It has a good ambiance and room's are very well maintained. One thing which impressed me was the staff politeness, they were very friendly and humble. The zurek soup was awesome. Thank you. Keep up the good work!

I stayed 1 night in Hotel Kotarz in June 2019. The hotel is situated in the centre of Brenna just on the river bank. It is surrounded by forest in nice typical Beskydy nature. The room was outdated with broken lock and quite warm. There was no AC in the room. You will be provided with complimentary water at the beginning of the stay. That’s nice. The breakfast was fine with average choice of Polish meals. The receptionist had poor English, but the check in and check out procedure was flawless. Average hotel with outdated rooms in overall.

Stayed 2 nights in Hotel Kotarz, Brenna. Quiet area. Rooms are cozy, wooden furniture. Fast internet. Receptionists speak little little English so be patient...but...DO NOT EAT IN HOTEL KOTARZ! At least 7 people from our group had food poisoning after eating here. We had a dinner in Hotel Kotarz on June 6. The following day, on June 7, an ambulance had to come because of fever, abdominal cramps, vomiting and diarrhea we experienced. I left Hotel Kotarz on June 7 around midday and was VOMITING IN THE TRAIN on the way back home and the same during the following night. Since then I cannot reach the Hotel Director via phone (switched off) and the guys from the reception have no information to share. It is important to know that from June 5 (dinner) till June 7 (breakfast) I only ate in Hotel Kotarz. I personally cannot believe that this could happen in 2019 in the EU country, I mean the hotel approach. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.…

I am so sorry for the situation that happened to you. The A&E doctors however didn't detect food poisoning. After the incident we've had a food hygiene control which also didn't detect any incorrectness in food storing or peppering process. At the moment we are waiting for water test results. According to the contact with reception, you were informed by our receptionist that the hotel management staff will be on site on Monday and that you could phone after weekend or contact via email. Enjoy my stay at Kotarz, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are very good - saunas, steam room and swimming pool. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Wide range of good food served in the restaurant and at the breakfast buffet. Brenna is beautiful location with some restaurants, bars/cafes and bakeries in the locality.

The service was warm and friendly and our room was impeccably clean. The location was very convenient as well. The outdoor spaces and proximity were an added bonus. We were pleased with our stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay at Kotarz, the rooms are of a good standard, breakfast buffet is very good. The staff are pleasant and helpful and the swimming pool and saunas are excellent. All of this at a reasonable price.

Nice hotel with swimming pool and sauna. Restaurant and ice cream bar located right next to the hotel. Prices are good and the staff is very friendly. There's also climbing track for some action if that's your thing. Shopping is also available right next to the hotel

I spend two weeks during summer holidays in hotel Kotarz. Really helpfull stuff, nice spa area, good food, a lot of space in room (we stay at studio), and very good price for stay. I will advice stay in this hotel everyone.

Clean basic big hotel. Nothing special but nothing bad to say about it. Service was good and the dinner and breakfast were ok. We only stayed for a night so we dont know about the spa and wellness center but it looked like a popular place, many families with children were there.
