Excellent stay and wonderful staff! Felt right at home the first night...and it continued throughout the stay. Thankful for my time spent and for those I met while at the back packers. Accommodations and people were both beautiful!

We stayed four nights in this backpacker hostel which lies close to a trainstation which brings you easy to Cape Town downtown for only half a euro. The owner helped us with lots of valuable information and helped us very well when my wife got sick by connecting us fastly to a good doctor in the neighbourhood. There's lot to...

Such a wonderful place for making new friends, going out or just relaxing. It has a nice, clean communal kitchen where we ended up cooking and eating together and really pretty mosaic and paintings. Its only a 10 minute drive to long street. But there are also many great places on your doorstep in obs- cafe ganesh on Friday nights...

The place is ok if you not looking for fancy. There is a feeling of home and family though which is nice if you far away from home. Staff make it easy for guests to mingle as they set the example. Thanx

My friend and I stayed here while we were in town for a weekend rugby tournament. At first, we were a little surprised that the 4-person room didn't have an en suite bathroom, since we thought that it did. But other than that, the place was lovely. Nothing fancy, but very cozy and inviting with a great wifi connection. The...

The room lacked cleanliness, staff not particularly present especially to regulate the lack of respect for other guests. Breakfast is poor. It was too noisy and bright, so you can't sleep very well. The place is less warm than it seems at first.

“I enjoyed the Pink Leopard room for my family myself and husband slept on the dubble bed and two young kids slept on the bunk bed. I also liked having the shower in the room, made it more comfortable for the kids.”
