Friendly staff who speaks english. Room was clean, cozy and super quiet even though the wedding party was on the 1st floor. Heard nothing. We tried spa area as well. Were the only one people there, so had it all for ouselves. Great relaxation

We stayed in Hotel Piotr for few night at the beginning of august 2018. It is possibly the best option in town, just off main road, by the town sport centre. Car park at the rear of the hotel, with not enough parking spaces in, so often surrounding roads were tightly parked up by hotel guests. Surprisingly big (for such hotel size) and nice swimming pool on lower floor. We had spacious triple room, with good, but sometimes disapearing wifi signal. Restaurant "Magdalenka" in separate building opposite serves breakfast. We stayed there on very hot period of time, and restaurant was even hotter than outside, we never were early enough to had a chance to use their outdoor seating on a little patio, as those seats were always taken. Air con vents in restaurant were always off, supposedly due to management order. Only once we had them on in work during breakfast, that was when they were preparing themselfs for wedding party in the afternoon. Breakfasts in far too hot Magdalenka were the lowest point of our stay. But we would reccommend this place, and probably would go back there ourselfs.…

The only negative thing I have to say is that the beds ain't the best. But these hard beds seems to be common all over the word at the less pricey places unfortunately. Pool is nice and not cool at all.

If I have to be Honest , the mattress is terrible we didn't had a descent sleep at all , the next day after I had my shower the floor was flooded with water ... Gosh what a first day !!! I was very excited when I saw the swimming pool BUT extremely disappointed with the temperature ... You won't last for more than five minutes !!! . The only consolation is the staff they are very friendly and polite .

I have stayed with my partner and his mother for two nights at the end of September 2015. The first nigh we all froze because, despite assurances from the front desk, there was no heating in the rooms. The second day was somewhat better - heating was turned on about mid-day. SPA facilities are very basic - Jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a swimming pool, but water is not heated so swimming when temperature outside is 14 deg C. is not fun. Hotel claims to have a restaurant, but it actually not in the hotel, The restaurant is locate in a separate building across the street - going for breakfast when it is raining may be some discomfort. But as I said - the hotel is very clean.

Thank you for leaving your feedback concerning our hotel, Mrs Alexandra. As every opinion of our guests, your, although it is negative, is very important for us as well. Thank you for mentioning high hotel clenliness in your opinion. Responding to your statement concerning water heating in swimming pool, there is of course water heated and it is constant 28,5 degrees. I understand you could think that water is not heated entering swimming pool after jacuzzi where temperature is constant 36 degrees. Entering colder water in compariosn to jacuzzi water always seems to be not a pleasure feeling. In case of heating system - it could be a really extremely cold summer night and hotel might not have heating turned on due to the period of a year. Since the begining of october heating is on every day. Ending our response, we apologize for inconveniences you could meet during your stay and, as always, taking care of our guests, we hope next time you will not meet them here.

Only stayed there for one night but was positively surprised when first got to the reception. Even though it was in the middle of the night and there was some trouble with the key the receptionist was very friendly and did whatever he could. Room was as very clean as the bathroom! What impressed me most was the so cheap and tasty breakfast at "magdalenka". Never seen a waiter caring so much; fresh food, hot coffee and great variety, really appreciated it! Next time maybe when there's snow :-)

I was there with my girlfriend for a week and we spent fantastic time there! Service was awesome. Very comfortable beed. Modern shower with radio! Dinners in Magdalenka restaurant - very delicious. Perfect place to spend time with partner:)
