We are a family and fishing camp with 9 waterfront cottages which are clean, and well equipped housekeeping cottages, located in a quiet spot on the NW Bay of Lake Nipissing. Amenities include an in-ground swimming pool, bonfire area, children's play area, fish cleaning hut and boat and motor rentals. Each cottage has a BBQ, picnic table and deck with a view of the lake.
Stan and Lena offer a perfect fishing retreat. Cottage was cozy and clean, with that up North charm. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and the prices were very reasonable and accommodating to our dog Bailee. The fishing was amazing and we got our fair share of Walleye and Pike, even a nice Musky! Stanley was very friendly and you can tell he enjoys what he does! We fully intend on returning either this year or next. Cannot wait, until then wishing Stan and Lena success and all their customers tight lines like we had!

Deluxe camp is run by 2 very nice couple, who will stop at nothing to make your stay comfortable.From cleanliness to your essential needs, they cover everything. The cottages are right beside the water, so when you wake up in the morning, you’re greeted by a sparkling , clean Anh beautiful view of the lake. With the pandemic going on right now, I just want to stay at deluxe camp and not go back to reality. I highly recommend this place.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Stanley. I can’t say enough about how great of a camp host he is. He got us settled into our cottage helped launch our boat brought firewood over and even covered it because of expected rain. Stan came by multiple times each day to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and provided fishing tips and spots on the lake that others were catching and to make sure our stay was as comfortable and nice as possible. I highly recommend Deluxe Camp for your next friends or family vacation on Lake Nippising! We had multiple species catch each day to include pike, largemouth & smallmouth bass, catfish & sheepshead!

We just discovered this wonderful camp by chance this summer as we were on a Sunday drive in the area. We stopped in to view a couple of cottages and were so impressed that we booked one right away. We spent an amazing week in July and loved it so much that we went back in September! Stanley and Leena are THE MOST wonderful hosts/owners! Both are extremely friendly, very accommodating and just super nice people! Their right hand guy Josh is also very friendly and helpful! We didn’t get the pleasure of meeting anyone from housekeeping but they sure do an incredible job at keeping the cottages thoroughly clean and neat! All in all, Deluxe Camp is The Perfect Place to be if you’re looking for total relaxation and some great fishing …. and most importantly…. they are pet friendly which was a must for us as we never go anywhere without our pampered pooch! Needless to say, we are already booked for next summer! See you in 2025, Stanley and Lena! ♥️♥️

This cottages are highly recommended. The location is beautiful and very peaceful. Cottages are right by the water and the fishing is great. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Wifi is pretty good too to stay connected and even work from this remote location. My wife teaches online classes and the internet is very reliable

We looked at several options in the area for a getaway close to home after working from home since March. We wanted R&R, close to the water where we could fish from shore, swim and enjoy the fresh air. This really fit the bill. Host was welcoming, informative and engaged in the upkeep of the property and making sure we were enjoying our stay, right down to our dog! Facilities were clean and well kept and everything was easily accessible from kayaks to play ground area and a very well maintained, crystal clear pool which was a bonus. Relaxing on the deck and by the water was very peaceful and wild life was a plenty. I think my daughter caught 100 perch and sun fish and I managed to catch a couple pike right off the dock. All in all we had a great week and that didn't break the bank and exceeded our expectations. We would love to do it again and will recommend Deluxe Cottages to our friends and family.

It's a new discovery resort with a lot of comfortable features in all aspects. Good scenarios, so friendly host, and a Good fishing spot which is a Must. There's also a music festival and fishing tournament when I arrived, at night it's so cozy to stay by the fire work looking out to the calmly lake and to look up to see the milky galaxy...Planning to return for another week but too bad that all the lodges are fully booked till the end of the season. We'll next season, I will definitely book earlier then. Everyone is welcome to come to experience as I strongly recommend.

For over 10 years we've been coming to DeluxeCamp and never left disappointed. It has become our second home - fishing place to go in late May/early June.
As some of you know DeluxeCamp is now run by new owners. Stan & Leena are great hosts that are very hospitable and easy going. We've had an amazing stay at DeluxeCamp this year with great fishing stories. Thank You - We'll be back

Thank you Jay and Linda for another great time at Deluxe Camp. I would strongly recommend this camp to anyone. It is clean, well kept, and the owners are friendly and very helpful. Even with some of the restrictions this year, they made sure we had everything we needed and were happy and satisfied. Jay came around periodically to check that everything was good. We truly enjoy our time there. Can't wait to return.

This is truly a gem of a place. Stan and Lena who run the cottages make very effort to keep the place in great shape. The cottages are clean and well equipped. They are helpful and knowledgeable about boating and fishing. Lavigne is a great town , far away from the madding rush of Toronto . Highly recommend this for people wanting to get away, fish, boat or even hike.

All cottages have a 4 piece bath, hot and cold running water, baseboard heaters, propane barbecue and comes with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for the kitchen. TV with satellite and internet is available. We provide pillows, bed linens, blankets and dish towels. NOTE please bring your own bath and hand towels and personal items such as shampoo and soa
