What an incredible experience. Intimate camp’s hospitality was unbeatable. Such a warm welcome. The staff were generous kind and helpful to a man. The tents were spotless and beautiful with an incredible view over the Serengeti plains, facing towards the sunrise made the early rises for safari drive a joy. The beds were huge and comfortable and we spend our nights under mosquito nets listening to the sounds of the Serengeti - lion, hyenas and buffalo. With the attentiveness of the camp staff we all felt perfectly safe. The food was incredible - how they were able to produce food to such a high standard from a tent in the middle of nowhere is a mystery. We were lucky enough to spend 4 nights here and could easily have stayed longer. Thank you so much

Amazing staff and facilities!
The rooms are so modern: hot water bottles, blankets and comfortable beds, electricity powered by solar panels, a spa kind of camping!
The family rooms are interconnecting with mosquito nets and secured covers.
Staff are extremely helpful and hospitable always with a smile on their faces. They greeted us with nice fluffy wet towels after our long day of Safari and guiding us every night back to our accommodation from dinner.
An open fire is made every evening by the campsite to enjoy sunset in open air and enjoy a glass or more of wine!
Dinner is a 5 star restaurant menu served with proper table etiquette and their white wine was truly crisp and amazing( highly recommended)
I highly recommend this place if you are doing Serengeti Safari and needing a comfortable and a hotel experience in the middle of wilderness for you and your family alike!

My wife and I stayed at the Intimate Camp for two days during our trip though Tanzania. We can not say enough good things about our stay here.
There is something very special about hearing the wildlife travel past your tent at night, or the lions roaring off in the distance that you’ll never forgot.
The staff were absolutely amazing, and their hospitality was wonderful. They were very attentive and helpful with any requests you’d have.
The tents have all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel room (hot water, power, wifi, fresh linens, etc) all bundled up in a canvas tent package! They were also very clean, and well maintained.
This was an unforgettable experience, made all the better by the wonderful staff.
There is something very special about hearing the wildlife travel past your tent at night, or the lions roaring off in the distance that you’ll never forgot.

Our stay at Intimate Camp exceeded our expectation in every way. When we arrived we were greeted by a very caring and helpful staff who we got to know during the coming days. The tents were really good quality.
Running water in toilets with hot and cold showers. Fresh drinking water by the bed and restroom.
During breakfast and dinner the staff explained the menu and made sure we hade everything we needed. The food was very high quality and very tasty! Always a very nice quality meat dish and a vegitarian stew available from the buffet.
The camp is located on a beautiful hill with views from the tents and lounge stretching for miles. The staff is always on the lookout for any animals and will accompany you to and from your tent after dark. Dispite the remote location internet connection was never an issue. Always felt very safe and grateful to have the opportunity to be here.

The camp site is in the middle of the bush, with buffalos, giraffes and hyenas as neighbors. The camp itself is luxurious with fully equipped “tents”, such as water toilet and hot shower. The interior is very cozy and well thought through. Service was great and staff very friendly, we had an amazing stay. The food was impressive, being made in the bush. Pancakes and made to order omelette for breakfast amongst other things, and three course meal every night. The camp fire before dinner was very cozy, and someone always kept track of any animals near the camp. Can’t recommend Intimate Camp Seronera enough.

A semi permanent camp set in the most beautiful of spots with views all around. The tents are set with views over the valley, and are a cut above average with the best bathrooms that we had during our entire stay in Tanzania. The welcome was warm, the food delicious, and we didn’t want to leave!!

We stayed three nights at this camp with a family group of nine, ranging in age from 7 to 70. Every member of our group enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The site is beautiful (and centrally located in the Serengeti), the amenities (such as wifi, bathrooms and dining/bar) are topnotch, and the food is amazingly good for such a remote location. Really recommend this camp for safari parties of all kinds.

The location is great, in the middle of Serengeti, close to the airport and with hyenas, giraffs and buffalos crossing the camp.
Very friendly and service minded staff, makes you feel truley welcome and safe.
The tents were clean and have everything you need, water toilet, hot shower, comfortable bed and a great view.
Brreakfast and dinner were excellent, always tasty and fresch.
(The lunch boxes could be better, we got the same chicken, egg, pie, samdwich, juice and fruit all 3 days.)
We had an amazing stay and can highly recommend this camp!

We stayed at the Intimate Camp in October after a last minute change from our tour operator, but we were so lucky to do so. The camp is in a beautiful location with stunning views, surrounded by the wildlife we had come to see. The staff, food and amenities were brilliant. First class. Waking up to a buffalo just outside your door is not something you'd forget in a hurry. We stayed in a tent with everything you'd need for a welcoming and relaxing stay in the Serengeti.

Very well designed Interieur in the tents. The tents and everything else is very clean. They use Solar Energy, so you can have a warm water shower after an exciting Safari day.
And befor or after Dinner you meet with other guests at the campfire to talk about the expieriences of the day, enjoy a drink or just the starry sky
