We arrived in Big Sur to find ourselves in the middle of a redwood forest by a creek. Camping and Cabins are available and we chose a cabin ( reservations are a must). The cabin we chose had two queen beds and a bathroom with a shower and flush toilet. The sink was in the main part of the cabin... More

Beautiful location, really clean, lovely swimming hole in river, quiet at night. They also had some beautiful cabins though i didn't see these on the inside. They had a little store that sold basic supplies and firewood. Staff helpful about advising where to go.

Lovely camping spot on the edge of th beautiful beach. Watch the sun set and light a beach fire to make the most of this spot! Easy to get towhilsttravelling up the coast to San Fran or beyond. A good stop over spot.

Friendly informative staff, rustic camp sites with spotless bathrooms. Although a rustic camping area the grounds are spacious . We booked one night river spot for an RV. Each asphalt pad was very roomie with water and electric hookups (dumping site on grounds). Each river site has a fire pit, picnic table and a great peaceful river next to it.... More

We drove through the property today to see if we would like to bring our trailer with us next trip. The answer is, yes. The sites are plenty large for almost any size. It is wooded and peaceful. The river is right there also. There are cabins, showers and a children's playground. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We... More

Booked a campsite here from Sunday through Tuesday in April. We were blessed with amazing weather, but regardless, this camp ground is spectacular. Frequent, clean, well-stocked bathrooms with flush toilets and hot showers was a nice bonus. All the campsites are large and spacious, you don't feel stacked on top of other campers. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8 am... More

We had a RV site right by the river, between trees. It's a beautiful spot. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Big Sur village. The only downside was that campsites were covered in mud after rain. They should be covered in gravel.

Highly recommend staying here. Great campsite, also has great scenery if you take a look about. Couldn't light fires which was disappointing, but with the forest fires what can you expect. Great place for families or for group travellers.

Nice campground with the river running next to it. We rented inner tubes for floating on the river and loved the soft serve ice cream from the store on the hot afternoons. The location is great and close to hiking trails and not far from the beach. The staff is always helpful and friendly and really good about enforcing quiet... More

We were on our PCH road trip and this was one of the camping areas we had decided to try out. Straight away i liked it because of the river running through it...beautiful. The rates for this place were affordable. the grounds were clean and picturesque. There are nice showers you can use which my wife and i really appreciated.... More
