I have been working at 5 star hotels for 26 years now. During my 18 day trip to Thailand, I made Bang Tao my last 4 days as it was close to the airport. I spent most of the trip in Kata beach, thinking it...More

Microwave only a fridge and a kettle in the rooms. But again you could ask. They might have one they could put in for you. To get to the main road you have to go over an unsurfaced path, for about 100 m, so a light weight buggy would be easier. I found it really peaceful there and got lots of sleep. It's good value for the money, and they clean the rooms every day and put in new bedding and towels. I would recommend. Hope this helps.
