We were a group of friends and a group of clubs to go there for a stay. Having checked the images and pictures online they looked very nice, but when gone to the resort, we have realized how bad the resort is: starting from the reception where we weren't greeted well to the food that was absolutely terrible,( we had to go out and get our own breakfast, lunch and dinner) passing by the broken table tennis table... What's more, if you check their website, it says free wifi; but if you ask them what the password is, their answer is sorry we can't say, (with a smile :) ). On the other side, the relationship with the employees was good except for this receptionist. They may have a big resort, but they should think about renovating the rooms and especially the bathrooms which were stinking. In addition, all rooms were connected with the same balcony and so you can easily have anyone get in your room and steal anything by jumping from the window which doesn't have a lock in case you locked the ouster door. Thanks God, we only stayed there for a night or else we would have with no doubt quit the place. I would absolutely not recommend you go there or else you'll regret it right away.

Amazing location, a former monastery with beautiful views. The place has lovely wide corridors and plenty of space to feel comfortable. They deliver more than they claim however, this place needs a soul! This hotel/resort is in need of color and an identity. Very clean rooms with all the basic amenities (no AC though). The food is delicious, home cooked and generous. We stayed for two nights and all three meals exceeded my expectations. It is an ideal place for a group on the go or for retreats.

Excellent place for the family, for $125 per night for a family of six including breakfast you can not get any better. The kids have enjoyed their stay and all the activities such as climbing, ziplining, rappelling, hiking, and archery...the location is perfect and the hotel atmosphere very friendly... advisable for all the family.. it will not be the last time we will definitely do it again

Room is very clean and well equipped, I think all skiing lovers will enjoy so much this hotel in winter. The staff is very helpful and doing a very good job. Restaurant is very good with delicious food and of a good variety. but the location is a bit far from beirut. I only stayed for two days and i really enjoyed my stay and all the outdoors activities.
