The hotel is a dream though there are some improvements. Rooms are large and clean, overlooking the sea, beach is only 1-2 minutes walk, ideal for walking, running, relaxing and meditating. There are several beautiful pools and some green areas where yoga is offered daily. A paradise for divers and sports enthusiasts, conscious people who want to enjoy an all-inclusive resort at a reasonable price. Aqua gym and dance activities are recommended here, with boys, love people who give a lot of joy and good mood. A dream hotel for me, although there are some improvements to be made: Fitness center needs renovation and some fitness trainers. In restaurant for breakfast more fruit and freshly minted juices and Egyptian coffee instead of Nestlé. The spa offers massage, wellness and beauty, although some nature cosmetics products impale. Multilingual staff are friendly and helpful. Since here is very windy in November, snorkeling and swimming directly on the beach is often not possible but a diving base on site offers many excursions. I love weather here, diving and yoga.

Arrived by chance at this resort due to an overbooking of another, my family and I had a very good time. Apparently it was closed for some time and then reopened after a renovation. the structure is large but not too large, it has two twin swimming pools on both sides of the village, one quiet and peaceful and the other where the entertainment (which is soft) takes place with music and activities. the beach is very close with a pier to access the very beautiful coral reef (better snorkeling early in the morning or late afternoon). Large and clean rooms, airy and bright buildings, friendly staff who dote on Italians. Excellent diving center with well-maintained excursions proposed by Gil (great!) who speaks excellent Italian together with the guide Sif who took us to see the turtles in Marsa Mubarak. Among those who offer you desert safaris, Tito is worth mentioning for his friendliness and knowledge of Italian. What's in the all inclusive is well specified. Three restaurants including a clean main one with sufficient cuisine for the most refined Italian palates. They do what they can but they do it professionally. I really recommend it for a good and relaxing week. Very nice and not at all intrusive animators. Pay attention to food hygiene to avoid feeling ill. Lactose-free or soya or rice milk not received, avoid it if you are intolerant or bring lactase tablets. Good choice of foods.

Well, what can I say, it was OK. Cleanliness was OK, rooms too. The food was OK, but the same every day. In the first week they still had fresh grills, in the second they didn't. The highlight was a pizza oven where they baked fresh pizza. However, you always had to wait 30 minutes. Drinks were very bad. Sometimes the water tasted of chlorine, sometimes a bit musty. You couldn't drink anything other than bottled water. Sometimes the glasses were out and you got plastic cups for dinner. The hotel was almost entirely occupied by Poles who loved to party until late at night, which isn't a bad thing if you like it. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you should go to another hotel. The owner of the little shop at reception is a criminal, he wants €4 for a can of Coke. Since the Coke from the dispensers tastes absolutely terrible, you have no choice but to accept it. The staff are sometimes clumsy but mostly friendly. The WiFi is an absolute disaster and only available in the lobby. Apart from WhatsApp, not much was possible, and sending photos or similar was not possible at all. It took me about 4 hours to check us in for the return flight, which normally takes 5 minutes. The pool was relatively dirty and unkempt. There were far too few sunbeds. And everything was already reserved from 8 a.m. The location is great, very beautiful beach and clear water. Unfortunately, there are people here who don't follow the rules and walk over the coral roof to jump into the sea. There is a special jetty with a lifeguard for that. I've only heard good things about the diving school, but as I'm not a diver myself, I can't say anything more specific. In summary, price/performance is okay. However, if you're used to peace and quiet and somewhat higher standards, you should stay away from this.

Resort reviews should be done based on what a person spends. Me, my wife and my 1-year-old daughter paid less than 40 euros per night in hard all inclusive formula. The resort is not bad, they are all very helpful and the entertainment is not very invasive and the shopkeepers inside are also very quiet. Since the booking I requested a cot in the room and I was assigned a large room, with inside a bedroom with single bed and balcony, large bathroom with huge shower. Cleanliness of the rooms as for the resort in general is good. The resort is small but has all the essentials: 2 main swimming pools, one with 2 slides, 2 pools for small children and one with hydromassage. The beach is private in front of the resort and has a jetty where you can admire the coral reef, very beautiful, the only flaw of the beach is that it is a bit rocky and with small children you can not swim. Both in the 2 main pools and on the beach there are bars where you can get a drink, on the beach from 1pm to 4pm you can also have a snack. Why only 2 stars? The food is the ruin of this hotel, same things every day, very repetitive. They season everything in a very strong way and above all they use coriander that in Italy I think was abolished in the First World War. All very spicy and spicy. I understand that you are in Egypt and they try to make you taste their delicacies but still you have to give also the opportunity to choose because you are an international 4-star resort. They made pizza once but it didn’t look like anything, pasta forget it, but also the simplest things like chips cooked in an oil that will have been there since the resort opened. We are lucky that we have our daughter who eats everything and has never complained but if she had not eaten anything we would have changed resort.

The hotel advertises itself with four stars, in my opinion it is at most three. The food is mediocre and lukewarm, the only edible thing is at the barbecue on the terrace, although it can also happen that the food is not fried through 😕 It also comes in front of the plate and glasses are missing. There is also no question of all-inclusive, as you are supposed to pay for cocktails. Staff are unable to mix cocktails. Example: there was a discussion from the staff whether to put in a pina colada rum or tequila. Nice almost funny. On the subject of tequila still: there is waiting time because the staff first has to get the salt in the kitchen.😂 Little can be said of sandy beach because everything is full of stones up to the reef. Have ballpoint pens ready to check in. There is apparently only one.😄

We were registered in 4 people in 2 rooms. (TUI travel agency) At first there was a problem with registration, there were no rooms and they were looking for them, 20 minutes passed and they had a room on the first floor where it was stated that the person was disabled and could not climb the stairs. After paying 15 dollars in hand to the receptionist, we found ourselves on the ground floor. The food was so monotonous that on the 3rd day you wanted to eat something else because you had had enough. 1 entertainment for 7 days of stay. People in suits shouted at the employees in front of the guests, waving their hands. At the bar in the lobby there was a shortage of alcohol, people bored the day before took it in reserve. The pool was supposed to be heated but in the end it was "broken" for the whole 7 days. The employees were great but the whole thing is a tragedy.

I feel very comfortable as a solo traveler, morning fitness and afternoon yoga on the well-kept hotel complex. Animation versatile, Bellidance, dancing together, have fun. The beach is close and beautiful with wooden loungers and parasols. Service staff very good. Swimming very well. Food good, desserts very good.

Nice village, nice animation! Very good and traditional food, very beautiful excursions. Room service is perfect and they clean the room every morning, changing everything (sheets, water and various towels). Osama is a very good animator

I don’t know about anyone, but we liked the hotel. My husband and I are good swimmers and some kind of extreme sports enthusiasts) Many people complain about the hotel’s reef, it’s hard to enter the pier from the water, but it was fine for us. The hotel also has a couple of swimming pools. The reef is beautiful in terms of corals, but the fact that there are no fish, we made up for it on excursions. But the hotel itself is calm and not crowded because it is not particularly popular. Normal rooms, food typical for inexpensive hotels. This is essentially a budget option. So you shouldn't ask for much. And the staff needs a normal approach. There are few clients, but they really want to make money. Take a small tip with you and you will get quite good service. The animation is software, but I repeat, the hotel is for a relaxing holiday for couples. But we had great excursions. We took them from the local travel agency 1sttouroperator; you can quickly find their website by name on the Internet. We visited Luxor, swam with turtles in Marsa Mubarak and visited Hamata Island, everything was perfectly organized and the prices were cheap. We had a very good rest, but the hotel is specific and is not suitable for a standard beach holiday, especially if you are traveling with children. But we really liked the hotel!

Great hotel if you want to really relax. A big advantage is the very kind, friendly and helpful staff. The food was great, we didn't eat the same thing every day, the selection was fine. The room was always cleaned. The resort has its shortcomings, but all of them are overcome by the friendly staff. Wifi at the reception is slower in the evening when there are a lot of people there, but that is to be expected. I am definitely going back soon.

There is a shop at the hotel but the prices are quite high and depending who is there, they can be quite pushy for sales. there is a shop at the airport, not sure about prices.
Hi, there is not ATM machine in the hotel. You cannot exchange the currency. The Euro and USD are very welcome . Practically you don't need Egyptian Pounds in this hotel at all.
The nearest ATM is in the next hotel - 30-40 minutes walk.
Best regards, Ryszard
