The hotel is located at a quiet place near from Prague. The most positive thing about the hotel is the share of quality and price. Rooms are clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the food OK. Within a few munutes by car you can reach the station of Prague underground with the park and ride amenities (the parking fee is less than 1EUR a day). The village of Pruhonice is worth to walk around. There are many nice bars, restaurants and coffees and a huge park which is listed in UNESCO.

Stayed at the Tulipan 4-5 times before and really like it. Very good value for money. Always friendly staff, very helpful! Good Breakfast, Restaurant inside the hotel and a very nice Italien Restaurant just 100m away. Will definitely stay again next time. Thanks!

Room on ground floor, good for dog. And safe parking directly by reception. Green areas surrounding. Quiet, although central, about 15 klicks south of Prague. Staff has good command of English. Breakfast is herty bites, very good indeed. Cleanliness fine.

Very good hotel for transit. Located at exit from Prague to Brno, very close to highway. Was clean and ver accesible.
If you want to visit the city there are about 15 km from center, not too close.
One disavantage is that the breakfast start at 7.

We found hotel Tulipan as a good value for money accomodation, and it is in fact. Breakfast is outstanding with hot and cold food in the morning, coffee is also nice selection. Rooms are clean and spacious, location of hotel is just off the highway, close to Prague.
Pruhonice is a "high class" area of Prague, a suburb, with many shopping facilities nearby. Also many restaurants. Our trouble was that U Bezousku - a typical Czech pub&restaurant was under renovation. Still had chance to have Czech beer at many places around..
Received a 50% discount card at the hotel which we utilized at the Indian restaurant of the hotel. They had good food, polite service. With the card also, very good prices!
I can just recommend the place to travellers!

So let me start
GOOD THING: you are very close with car to everything (Prague center/aqualand etc.), rooms are clean and they change your towels regulary, rooms are big and comfy, not noisy, and my room had balcon which is beautiful and really total benefit you normaly pay!
BAD THING: I don't like the breakfast, it is poor without changes and when there is many people in hotel on weekend then nobody fill it for a while and it is empty. In the morning staff takes coffee from the breakfast table like guests, everybody in this hotel does everthing ( guy on the front desk also cleans tables,checks the food on the breakfast table), I don't like the smell in bathroom (the ventilation is not so good).
When I put everything together it is a good hotel for the price you pay. If you are in Prague with car I recommend it because it is clean,comfy and parking is free.
