    The views are breathtaking
Very nice hotel with amazing views. Ask for a room with a balcony. The views are breathtaking. The waterfall is nice too although it does make quite some noise. Restaurant is what is to be expected from a hotel. Good, not great. Ordered from the menu and it was expensive. The daily menu is cheap, but expect to be served extremely quick. You will finish your three course meal in less then an hour. Staff is super friendly. Room is clean and fresh. Modern, good bathroom. No coffee or tea in the room. Parking in front of the hotel is free. Would go here again, but maybe find a different restaurant.

    Lovely stay
The service was so nice, the rooms were clean. We enjoyed our meals. We had the mountain view, beautiful. There was a creek just beyond that we could hear, lovely sound, we left our terrace door open all night to enjoy the sound. We will be back!

    Luxurious hotel
Nice hotel but more looking like a business hotel. The euro 15 menu was fine. It is strange that there os an entrance fee of euro 15 to the spa. The town consists of 3 hotels and is not Interesting. Nice starting point for several walks in the mountains. Bus stop at the entrance of the hotel. Busjes go each hour and cost euro 1.60.

Having read through some of the reviews I was surprised to see after staying hear that there were some negative reviews including not being worth the trip from the capital....well if you've got to the capital and cannot manage another 30 minute trip out into the mountains then best stay at home and save yourself the trouble of traveling in the first place. Having spent 2 nights here I have to stay I cannot fault it, granted its not got the cosy welcoming fire in the lounge area or a coffee machine in the room but it's spectacular scenery, friendly staff and fabulous food (which was a particular highlight) I loved my stay here....if the hotel can keep the staff and the chef then who needs a roaring log fire....a rare fine that has paid off handsomely!!! A large bouquet of flowers to all the staff....

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Very friendly staff, nice room with airco and balcony with a great view. Nice Spa, 21 euro per person for 1.5 hour. Also booked a very nice massage. Cost you 30.minutes drive to the main city of Andorra.

The old manager from the hotel came angry at me as I was using one of the floor towels to clean up my gears from clean white snow. Which I had previously requested and asked the receptionist if it was possible, and told me to do so. That person went on threatening me to call the cops, screaming at my face in Spanish and gave us 5 min to leave the premises of the hotel. He had also a bad attitude the first day we arrived at the hotel after our ski day, when we asked where to put the skis, as no one told us before. There was no previous conversation with him. He should be ashamed of treating customers like that. Apart from that one person, the other employees were really nice and the hotel itself is really pleasant.

We recently stayed here, 2 couples, it is worth going half board, the food is amazing, the staff in the restaurant were so friendly and welcoming. All the staff here were lovely, the bar man and his great G&Ts! You will need a car here but there is plenty of room on the road. There is a great skiing resort 5 minutes away called Ordino-Arcalís, there is great snow here and then ValNord is 15 minutes away. The spa is also very lovely, I do think that the spa should be included in the price of the hotel, apart from that I couldnt fault the place. I will recommond this hotel to all of my friends and anyone I know visiting Andorra. Thank you for all lovely stay :)

1 night is all you need here. Not because the place is bad, because there isnt anything around to do! And the terrace with the room is only small. Service is great , 4 spoken languages. Cafeteria is modern and clean. So are the rooms and restaurant. However i dont like the lighting, not enough in the bedroom and the rest of the inside of the hotel is felt tacky because of the lighting. Spa is limited, but quiet as they dont allow overcrowding, masseuse will find your aches and take them away! The rooms are really warm, great in winter ,but not great in august! Had to leave window open for fresh air. Beds are big and comfy, but the pillows are cheap and rubish. Amenities in the bathroom are ok. Views are just 1 mountain. Easy if your gona visit the lakes of tristaina, its about 30 min drive away. Restaurant is nice quality food a la cart, but drinks are expensive. Id recommend taking time out on the terrace of the cafeteria, great spot to relax and enjoy the view . Street parking wasnt a problem.
