Best choice for central location on one of the main town squares near all and very safe. The hotel is in a stunning historic building but rooms are modern, elegant, clean. You will have every service from Inaki & his terrific Team. So Lovely!!

Once I heard menudo was part of the breakfast buffet I knew this was the place. Some of the best menudo I've had, and so much more. Veggies galore, but can't take away from the carnitas and the on the spot omelets. However above and bey9nd is the service. Hugo and team do all they can to make your visit enjoyable and worthy of praise.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful old building, right on one of the main squares of the historic section of Queretaro. While the front desk staff was great, housekeeping did a very mediocre job, the gorgeous bathroom flooded because no one had bothered to clean the drain in the shower, there weren't enough towels, and the toilet wasn't that clean. The pool and the library are gorgeous, they just have to up the service to make this into a terrific hotel.

This hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. I chose it from a long list of hotels online, but the photos don't do it justice. My second-floor room cost only about $77, but it was more like a suite. It had a large living area and large king bed under what must have been a 15-foot-high ceiling. Plenty of lighting options and charging outlets in the room, and the bathroom was also large with a lot of storage space. Outside, the hotel is right across the street from a popular plaza and open-air cafes. Shopping, restaurants and historic buildings are in every direction. Basically you will be in the heart of the city's centro historico.

I stayed for a week and Enrique and the team really looked after me. The room was lovely and spacious, with big bed, chair and desk to make working in it very comfortable. It's right on this beautiful square so I would sit out the front and enjoy the music and delicious breakfast. Then you can go for a wander to see the sights which are all on your doorstep. Overall I would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

I have a very important event to attend in Querétaro so I made reservation directly with the hotel over the phone a year in advance. They told me they would be sending me the confirmation number by email. Never received it. Called several times over the next couple of months to get the confirmation number and the employee who answered the phone kept telling me each time that the person in charge of reservations was not available at the moment. Today was my fifth attempt and after several calls Alan, who is the person in charge finally came to the phone, only to tell me that there was no reservation under my name. I’m furious. So terrible experience, the worst possible guest service and no acceptable offer from him nor the attitude to help me solve the problem they created on the first place by having terrible service.

We had our annual business meeting and everything is excellent. The location is in the right place where you want to show Mexico as a great country. Very colorful and everything is decorated for independence holiday. Our co-workers from US spent a great time.

This hotel is located in the center of the historical district. Everything was very clean. They had a few issues with their rooms that i really did not like. The toilet seat was very loose and i asked them to fix it, they came and fixed but loosened right away. The electrical for the room was activated by the room key card. Well, when you were out of the room, the A/C did not run and when it did, it wasnt very cool. I would wake up slightly sweating every morning. The staff was all very nice and well dressed and attentive.

The Hotel is nice, but be careful is divided in to sections on different sides of the main square .Do not get a room that faces any of the streets , noise is bad specially on Friday night . Internet did not work, service is bad and the manager just did not want to accept that service is what we paid for , will never go back to this Hotel.

Shortly after arriving to this hotelś beautiful restaurant space it became apparent it was a choice we would later regret. Service was poor, self service omlet and quesadilla stations excruciatingly slow. The steamer labled pollo mole, a significant reason for our eating there, was mislabled and actually beef. We had to request napkins which were not part of the place setting when we arrived. When we got up to get more food they repeatedly removed our silverware without replacing requiring us to find someone to bring replacement. We had to request that they refill salsa (with plenty more waiting) on the buffet line. Dessert was limitted to one type of cake. We arrived almost 2 hours before the end of the buffet. The live music stopped shortly after we got there. With at best average food quality, prices above other better choices in the area and poor service go elsewhere
