It was hard to find the hotel as we came there in the evening and the streets were dark. There is a small entrance. But the hotel looks new and the room is nice, though we had no view. It's right on the beach, which was very quiet in October. The staff was friendly but not so helpful. We found street parking, but no one could tell us if it was okay. It was fine. The restaurant seemed fancy, and the special dinner for hotel guests was unappealing. The first breakfast had no fruit or vegetables, but the next 2 days were better. Overall it's a nice place, outside of Budva, and good value.

Serious safety incident
Terrible service on the breakfast!!!! I came to eat in the morning, a waiter was polite at the beginning, so I decided to stay. But when I started eating my breakfast, he proposed sex!!! He spoke in a plain text and told me that his penis is big so I would like it! I told him that I’m married, but this did not stop him. I asked to not talk to me. He continued! It was the worst breakfast in my life. :((( People, really, is this a normal behavior of the men (or waiters/servants) in the expensive hotel/restaurant?!!!!!! In Montenegro?! Or, is this a peculiarity of Rafailovici?! This waiter must be fired. I don’t remember his name, Stefan or Slavio... I will check if he is working today and make a picture of his name and a face. I don’t think such things must stay unpunished. I’m a client and I pay money for a good service! I don’t want to be insulted and abused. :( BTW: coffee was awful. :( and the breakfast was oversalt.

We stayed at this property for 3 days and I can’t put our experience into words except WONDERFUL. Milena and Angela are there to go over and beyond taking care of every detail to make your stay feel like family. Greeted at the airport by Mane the father figure of the hotel. He makes you feel like well cared for guests.... he ended up taking us to Dubrovnik with the most care. If you want to have an over the top stay in Montenegro.... Stay here. Yards from the beach and all major sights, you will not want to leave Happy Travels And thank you for making Montenegro so special for us❤️

The hotel is located on the seafront in Rafailovići. Rooms have a beautiful sea view. The restaurant has an excellent wine list. The hotel staff is very kind. The right place for a nice vacation. I recommend.

A lovely hotel only a few meters from the beach, at the best spot of the promenade! The hotel is really modern and clean. We had a room with a great view over the sea. The reception staff was very polite and helpful. The WiFi-connection covers the entire hotel and the beach in front, which is great. The breakfast offered plenty of different local goods and pastries but lacked some simple things such as bread, fresh veggies and juices. Beach towels and umbrellas can be borrowed if needed. The sauna and gym section was also a great bonus, but don’t have your expectations too high, cause’ it’s pretty small.

Just returned from a 4 night break with 10 friends, the hotel is on the front line to sea and we had a room with a sea view and terrace (small charge, well worth it). The room and bathroom was clean and fine but the carpets stained. The breakfast selection was OK but unfortunately everything was cold and some items seemed to be stale however staff would warm items for you, cheese toasties and pizza for example. If you are happy with croissants and sweet items no problem. All the staff were friendly welcoming and efficient. Reception staff organised a trip out to the nearby lake and also boat taxi to Budva. There are 5 or 6 restaurants within minutes of this hotel and Budva is a hour and half stroll away or a 15 euro taxi ride away. Great place for a short break.

I would have to say that this hotel is the best along this promenade. We had a most fantastic view overlooking the ocean. All the staff, I wish I had taken their names, were so helpful and super polite. The beach is a stones throw away although it was extremely crowded when we were there. Breakfast was excellent and we had one dinner there which was also fantastic. The food in Montenegro is delicious. The hotel organised a van to take us to Lake Skadar about an hours drive, very comfortable drive. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel and room (not big as in an apartment in Montenegro) , without parking. You have to park your car some 200 meters uphill in a very ugly building. If you park at least 2 days it costs 8 euro a day. If you have to leave every day to ride to other places, it's not recommended due to the narrow and packed streets there. Good and nice restaurant . Good breakfast. Some tips: - Old town of Budva at day and night. - Vista club/cafe: just outside Budva on the left, direction Tivat. Stunning views over the bay and old town. - Porto Montenegro in the evening. - View over Sveti Stefan from the main road (less in the afternoon) - Drago restaurant/hotel in Sveti Stefan with very nice view over the island.

Definitely the best hotel and restaurant I've ever been. I came from Dubai, was in many hotels and restaurants, but I was delighted with amazing hotel rooms, very clean and comfortable. Its next to a beautiful beach. The delicious food and good quality (fresh sea food, starters, main courses, sweets, best wines etc...), everything tasty, with beautiful view of the sea and very polite and professional staff. I will definitely come always to this hotel and restaurant. A warm recommendation for everyone who visit Montenegro. Greeting.
