Stayed for just one night as part of a Balkans tour. This is a relatively new hotel, and everything looks new, however there are questions about the build quality. Many of our party had complaints about their rooms, one photographed a huge crack running down a wall in the room, others had various defects. In mine, the only defect was that the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall, surely something that should have been fixed. As the hotel has only been open for a short time you would expect it to be in first class condition.
Food was average, not a great choice , but acceptable. In a fairly quiet area, but you can get a bus or taxi into Budva. Gritty beach nearby.

Stayed with family for a week. The hotel had recently opened and that was noticeable.

👍 Staff in the reception was really friendly and helpful. They did their best whenever we needed something, and always with a smile.

👎 We were told that this hotel was good for small children but that is not the case. It has one pool and it the water was to cold.
If you wanna go to the beach you have to carry the strawler up and down the steps, there is no ramp. When once asked by one of the restaurant managers how are stay is, we mentioned the problem with the steps, but his answer was that i’ts not that hard to carry and laughed it away.

The food was not that good. The latino guy that made the mexican food was very nice and made good food.

We once ordered a lemonade (that you pay for) and it was awful, had only lemon with no water. We told the manager (Uros i think) but he just laughed and told us to just put some water.

Whenever they got some negative feedback they didn’t like it.

I belive that they have alot of work to do to make it good, and maybe the all inclusive option should be removed cause the capacity is small. This is a common problem in Montenegro where the standard just isn’t on an european level or maybe like Turkey.

We arrived in the afternoon reception staff were friendly. This was a surprise holidsy booked for me by my children for my birthday. Reception staff took us to our room.
The room was not what we chose. It was clean and air conditioning was working well.
Towels very small. The drainage in the bathroom was smelling. Small towels left in the room. Paying a deposit of 20 euro for old small towel.

Kitchen staff were very rude, unprofessional and bad customer service. Tumblers were dirty. Food served cold and same food daily. The staff serving burgers and kitchen wrap was very rude. Kitchen staff need customer service training also they need training food preparation.
There was a microwave when they saw us using the rude kitchen lady removed it.
Bsr staff serving hot drinks. Sky lounge turnkng off the lights whilst customers are still having their last drink.Staff will laugh thinking it's funny.
However, within 2 days I had stopped eating in their canteen.
Found other restaurants Kuc Hotel and Porat Hotel.
The staff were excellent and friendly. Food and drinks excellent. Kuc staff even introduced us to the owner of the hotel who was friendly.
I will never go back there. I do not recommend anyone to go and pay their hard earned money to be disrespected by the hotel staff. I wonder if their management reads these reviews.

DISASTROUS attitude, especially from the head of service

As a group of over 100 guests, we decided to holiday at this hotel and mostly regretted our decision. If you want to experience a shock while on vacation and literally fight and look for cups for coffee and yogurt, glasses, utensils, plates during meals, stand in line for a drink at the outdoor bar, witness when the waitress takes half-finished drinks away from the guests, especially but to put up with a disastrously arrogant attitude towards guests from the head of service, then good luck to you, but I advise you to spend your money on something else.
I will never go to this hotel again, because it does not deserve a single star, mainly because of the attitude of most of the employees.

Stayed here for one night. Our room, 229, was spacious, light & modern but on closer inspection the attention to detail & the finish was poor. Had to have maintenance come up & fix a problem in the bathroom & clear up some mess which they did very promptly. The light & fan are meant to switch on & off via a sensor control but in reality just stay on the whole time which was annoying.

The evening buffet was OK but the dining room & bar lack atmosphere. Drinks are fairly priced & all the staff we came across were very pleasant.

Not a bad location as a very short walk to the seafront where there are restaurants & cafés.

OK for a one night stay but wouldn't want to stay any longer.

I stayed in Montenegrina with my family start of July 2022. Even the hotel was reopend after the major renovation just two days prior our visit and we were very understanding about that it was just horrible. The only plus wes the staff. They were great, very helpful, nice. So what was wrong.
Firstly the parking. Yes, there is parking in front the hotel but there is not enoguh parking space for all the guests. So it's like who come first, he has the parking spot, the rest had to park somewhere else. And that is mission impossible in Rafailovici.
Second the rooms were nice but the cleaning ladys obviusly didn't know or want to clean. After two days when nobody didn't even bother to come into our room I asked at the recepcion to send someone. They did that, but there was no difference. They just changed the towels and made our beds, the bathroom wasn't cleant not once all 7 days we were there.
Thirdly the food was disgusting. Every single day was the same type of food and it was cold. I mean, this is four star hotel, advertised as the hotel with fantastic menu. All we had was heat up frozen meals.
And at last the most important thing, the owner of the hotel in a very rude person. He was yelling at his employes, he was yelling at guests, behaving very arogant, dissmisive, insulting. I don't recomend this hotel.

Currently staying at this hotel and I just say the staff especially kitchen staff are very unfriendly and quite rude! I was still eating and was pretty much kicked out. Other than that it’s clean and rooms are cleaned daily. I have been to top high class hotels/restaurants that don’t kick you out WHILE you’re still eating. Not sure if it’s a language barrier but either way there’s certain ways to speak too and address clients. Definitely won’t be staying here again and I cannot wait to leave!

Best value for chilling new hotel in Bacici
New hotel, really helpful staff, cleaning evert day, 2 min till the nearest beach.
Seems that locals love it , there is a possibility to order daily trips and taxi to budva is about 4 Km far.
Free good cocktails, and food ( 4 times a day) all inclusive is recommended. Nice pool and garden ! And the terrace is beautiful! Loved it so much !!!thanks we will definitely come back .
Special thanks to the manager of the Hotel , which was really helpful for us .
Pretty quite area, so if your into some noisy night scene or shopping, there is need in driving..but if you're into chilling that's the place for you

This is a new hotel but they need to get the lifts working properly instead of taking you to the wrong floor . Staff need to wisen up a bit, our Passports were given to someone else but later retrieved them .
Again, two single beds pushed together to form a double bed.

Poorest service I have ever met. Stuff doesn’t understand english or russian. Food bad. The same things everyday, not clear. Plates were always dirty. Rooms smelled badly. Cards from rooms doesn’t work normally, so we have to go to reception every day to update them and I think it’s NOT normal to have only one room card for family.
