Visited the hotel on a Thursday for a night away from home! The entrance is lovely as you walk in the bar and restaurant area looks modern and nice and the reception was very welcoming. Upon arrival we were told of the on going renovations happening in the hotel, however we were already aware of this so it didn't matter....

The Grange is a really nice hotel. It has a park-like setting and an ambiance that gives you a more spacious feel than many hotels. Staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The health club is well equipped and has a large indoor pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Our room felt spacious and overlooked lawns and...

I stayed overnight at the grange park hotel following a wedding. The hotel is well presented and on first impressions there was a friendly atmosphere at reception and in the bar. I totally appreciate that the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, and therefore I will forgive the fact the corridors were shabby. The room wasn't bad, it was clean however the...

I am travelling for work and am traveling on my own so I booked an upgraded room for single use. I was appalled to find half number of towels, half number of tea bags one biscuit. Renovation work going on not advised on booking.

Came here on 23rd December for a Xmas party night for my birthday. Had a table right by the dance floor & it was far enough away from other tables to not feel hemmed in. The evening was fantastic, the food was delicious & the DJ & female singer were brilliant at getting the party going. We think it's was...

Well positives first staff were friendly and welcoming. I am intrigued by the manager referring to a million pound refurbishment I saw no signs of this. My room 208 was very tired and dated lots of faded stained wood overall very drab. The bathroom was very dated, the shower was awful and almost not useable, there was a fair amount...

Hello David M, I am sorry you did not find the receptionist who checked you out sympathetic. Could I enquire if you asked for assistance on the night to help with the heater as we do have a Guest Care manager on duty 24 hours a day. We could of provided you with a softer pillow as well if you...

Coldest day of the year but when we got to the room it was warm and cosy. After reading some of the reviews wasn't expecting too much but the staff were friendly, the room was lovely. Nice warm shower, free Wifi, plenty of parking and a pool and gym on site. Breakfast was standard buffet with full English, total serve...
