First time at this location and it was absolutely stunning. The grounds have everything you need right there! Original Pancake house on main boulevard, perfect for just hanging out. They also have a venue for theatre productions, a bar on the boardwalk, access to the dock and shopping. Close to the Casino (4-5 miles). Our location had two bedrooms, a living suite, large family room and a kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets you'd ever need. The scenery and walking area is a delight.

The ultimate vacation for our family get together. The condo alone was incredibly beautiful and so spacious, with a stunning view of the harbor. The master suite was a complete vision-waking up to the gorgeous morning sunshine off the lake will be a lifetime memory. Even the weather in late September was beautiful and we were able to enjoy their outside pool facility. Located right on the same street we enjoy fabulous meals at Nomad and Maple & Batter. It was unanimous from all 16 of us that everything about this place was absolutely perfect.

We absolutely love our time every year with million dollar sunsets and warm low humidity days and cool starlit nights. The suites are uniquely decorated with cozy accommodations including fire place and balcony seating. Main Street offers all required for shopping and dining.

Paid $850 per night, $200 Best Western night before was 5* in comparison. Garage mats for rugs, torn up walls, missing light bulbs, CHEAP towels, a FILTHY porch I couldn’t sit on cluttered dirty closet. Dirty mirrors. Pictures will tell my experience. Disappointed at the least. Room 404 & 405.

Here on a business trip, friends recommended the hotel. Well kept hotel, clean rooms, with attention to detail. Very nice. I really enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance, the walking path buy the harbor and to Lake Michigan. Its a resort town so people are friendly, more relaxed, and just enjoying life. I'll be back with the wife for golfing and boating.

My wife and extended family stayed in the Northern Blue Penthouse suite and were blown away by how nice it was! We've stayed at nice places around the world and this tops the list. And there's so much to do with walking like Maple & Batter for breakfast and Nomad for lunch. Decent shopping as well and INCREDIBLE views. We'll be back for sure next year.

We've been here twice now, once to get married and once for our one year anniversary. Each stay was perfect. Everything from the rooms (spacious, clean, and comfortable), to the staff (friendly and very helpful), you will love this place as much as we did.

Stayed in unit 306 and the unit was decorated with awesome artwork and the new beds and furniture are very comfortable. Awesome location with views of the lake and harbor. Pool and hot tub are amazing too!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. I made a new friend there (Morgan) who was extremely helpful. Location is perfect as I didnt have to move my car for 4 days. I would like to have seen some hot food for breakfast as other hotel chains have restarted their breakfast, but I won't hold it against them Love this place and will definitely stay again.

Our family could not be more thankful for such an amazing experience in Bay Harbor. The views were absolutely beautiful and never got old. The condo was exactly like the pictures but even more stunning in person. There were plenty of places to eat and shop. There is also a very well maintained pool that we used as well. Overall, it was an amazing trip!
