Just a lovely lovely resort, read the reviews saying how good the staff were and csn honestly say they were amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The resort is so clean the food amazing and pools brilliant. Can't say enough good things about it. All staff wonderful but have to especially compliment the reception staff and the beach bar guys, arty and the crazy janni.

What a fantastic place to stay lovely rooms cleaned to perfection everyday gardens and pool well maintained. Second time been here the staff are outstanding always smiling and very hardworking they can't do enough for you and expect nothing in return. Although all the staff were great I have to give a special mention to the staff of the seaside bar and pool bar. The following are special people Bell,Yog,Gift,Janny,Nu,Mai,opor my thanks. This is a large resort. I enjoy resorts more that have main restaurant overlooking the water not a kids pool. A clean place with a great food selection but staff that could be a little more attentive if I compare to other local resorts.

No need to leave the resort as everything on hand, although modern township a mere stroll on a balmy evening. Many pools and nice beach on hand. Restaurants provided excellent food, and you can't beat a pool bar.

We recently stayed here for 9 days half board as part of our honeymoon. The resort is in a brilliant location within walking distance to the town centre but there are also frequent cheap taxis available. The pools and pool bar are brilliant - we used them every day. The cocktails are fantastic and reasonably priced for a hotel. Our room was huge and bright and airy - the housekeeping was brilliant and they left cake and sparkling wine in our room on my birthday - I never mentioned to them it was my birthday - they just spotted it on my passport when we checked in so this was a lovely surprise. But what makes this hotel worthy of a 5 star review is the staff. I have never known service like it, they cannot do enough for you and are all so friendly! Hans, the head concierge was particularly wonderful. He helped with out trips and transportation and even helped my husband when he’d lost our credit card in an atm in khao lak. Gift at the seaside restaurant and bar was so so lovely with serving drinks and dinner and we enjoyed chatting with her. In fact all the staff at the seaside restaurant were brilliant and I wish I could name them all. Thank you so much for giving us such a lovely holiday!!…

Could not fault anything at this resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't help enough. Hans and Sabina at the front desk/tour desk were great with recommendations. Game and sal in the restaurant were so friendly. The food was abundant and great choices. Our room was very comfortable and serviced daily. All this right on the beach and 5 pools to go. We had a massage and were greeted warmly and was a enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you to all who made our trip a memorable one.

A lovely hotel with an excellent staff! I loved that special diets were taken seriously. The mushroom waterpark-thing was a hit for my two year old. Cleaning service was also good. Couple of us got sick/injured and we got a get well soon gift from the hotel wich was lovely, thank you! Also cash free was great :) cards/room bill worked great. Would come again.

Spotless family Hotel, great pool areas, lovely staff, comfortable large beds with a pillow selection . Nice food but not impressed with buffet selection, so I'd avoid that. Tuktuks available outside hotel to take you to the main strips markets etc. 5year old loved the children's club and wanted to go for a couple of hours each day.
