What a beautiful little cottage located in a lovely town. We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms are well furnished and the bed was very comfortable! The garden is gorgeous. Julie, the landlord, was very friendly and inviting and we had a great time. The breakfast was awesome! Will stay here whenever we return to the area, for sure!

Stayed only overnight in the Garden Room beautiful room very clean with double shower. Large tv on the wall very quaint. Julie our host for the evening was super and nothing was too much trouble. Parking is on the street outside also there is a disabled bay. Which if your prepared to leave your car it's free. The village of... More

Julie Cecere (pronounced Che.che.re) is a gem of a woman and she cooks a mean breakfast. She will do and get you anything to make you feel at home. A great place to stay and short hop away from Leeds-Bradford Airport but you do not hear any planes take off or landing.

The garden room was stunning. And bed was very comfy. Personally i dont like cats and during breakfast the house cats were around our feet quite a bit. Although the women would try and shoo them away they still were there while we ate. Also again on personal prefrence i didnt know that with breakfast its basically a large dining... More

Julie is the heart of this place and she's just great. So helpful, accommodating and welcoming. It looks beautiful and all the rooms are incredibly well tended with excellent linen, lovely robes - the kind of touches you'd expect in a boutique hotel but without any of the fanfare. The setting is outstanding with a wonderful garden, loungers, night lights.... More

Fantastic room, service, breakfast and hospitality! Julie and Annie were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The garden was beautiful and sun loungers were supplied (I was lucky enough to stay on a beautiful sunny September day). It's within easy walking distance to a 'tarn' a lovely restaurant (Moon and sixpence) traditional pub (The Crown), fabulous fish and chip shop... More

A warm welcome and an excellent room furnished to a high standard. Julie was more than happy to spend time with us giving us advice on where to go and what to see. Breakfast was a marvellous affair. Nothing was too much trouble and all diets were easily catered for. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks.

We immediately felt at home in this beautifully renovated old building. Each room is obviously furnished differently (we moved once during our stay). Beautiful taste and comfortable beds. The breakfast was fantastic (including freshly made fruit salad with apples from the garden). Julie and Harvey were wonderful hosts (their cats as well :-)) and very helpful. The B&B is very...
