The Calimera Delfino Beach Resort And Spa comes highly recommended for its cleanliness and attentive service, with the staff often earning accolades for their friendliness. Guests have called out the vibrant atmosphere, particularly the evening shows, although the music may sometimes be too loud for some.
The resort's amenities, including the pristine pools and variety of food, along with its scenic beachfront location, contribute to its perceived good value. However, while rooms are generally spacious and modern, a few guests suggest that attention to detail could be improved in terms of room freshness.

We spent 5 days and nights at the Delfino Resort & Spa, all inclusive booked through Easyjet. The resort exceeded my expectations and the staff truly cannot do enough for you, and always with a smile on their faces. The 3 pools were lovely- one adults only which was nice and peaceful, a heated pool (outdoors) and another below this one. There were also 3 bars to pick from, all with lovely drinks/cocktails and fantastic staff. The private beach was also clean and with plenty of sun loungers. This being my first all inclusive I was a little hesitant on having a buffet restaurant but I was really impressed at the selection and quality of the food- and was pleasantly surprised that there were chefs at stations preparing food throughout breakfast/lunch/dinner which I thought was a nice touch. We stayed in a first floor newly refurbished room which was really lovely with a huge walk in shower and very modern bathroom, which was cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels.
A special mention to the entertainment/animation team who work so hard to entertain guests throughout the day and night with shows and activities throughout the day, but you never feel pressured to take part.
The only (small) criticisms of the place would be that there is a limited selection of cocktails available, but this is offset with many other drinks available (wines, beers, spirits) on the all inclusive.
Additionally, when dining and having drinks outside flies can be a nuisance but I don’t think the hotel could do anything about that, given the climate and proximity to the beach. When at the beach wasps are also a nuisance and make themselves at home but again, this isn’t the hotels fault. It should be noted that wasps are less inclined to hang around you/ your drinks if you have a drink with no sugar in, I.e. a Coke Zero.
Tips go a long way for the staff, and I’m sure my service would have still been excellent without tipping, but I would highly recommend tipping the staff throughout the holiday as it ensures service with a smile and I’m sure means a lot to them.
If you are British, and don’t want to be surrounded by Brits, then I would really recommend this place as the majority of guests appeared to Germans, French or Italians. This being said, you will not struggle speaking English as the staff all speak multiple languages, truly impressive seeing them switch languages instantaneously!
Overall, we had a fantastic few days at this hotel and I would love to return one day.
Thank you to all the staff again.

After booking this holiday for myself (21F) and my mum (52F) we realised there seemed to be a lot of bad media for Tunisia in regards to female travellers so came feeling slightly nervous. During our time there we realised that non of this was true. The people are lovely there and really like the tourists. The hotel was amazing, really clean, well maintained and lovely workers. The restaurant was really good for an all inclusive, very good variety of all types of food including a Tunisian station where they do the traditional foods. Pools were very well maintained and cleaned every day as well as the beach with really lovely security early in the morning to show you to a bed and set it up for you. The hotel entertainment was amazing, I have never been to a hotel that puts in as much effort from fire shows, beach parties and Tunisian shows which were all very well put together. The entertainment team were so lovely and there were always activities like darts and volleyball, aqua aerobics in the sea and much more. A shoutout to Amin who helped us with where to go on days out and always had a chat with us. Overall the hotel was amazing and we are looking to book again for next year.
We went out of the hotel twice to the markets, the first was in Hammamet in the old town. This was good but as two females they did touch you and try to get you into the shop however, I did NOT feel unsafe once whist we were there. If you say no and walk on they will not bother you. The best market to go to is the Bazaar Market in Yasmin Hammamet. They are not pushy and it’s a beautiful area. Again I didn’t feel unsafe once whilst in Tunisia.
Things to note are there is a £7 tax each in the hotel when you first arrive. And that you can will not get service anywhere and need to buy a SIM card at the airport. There is good wifi in the hotel though.
Overall an amazing holiday for an amazing price and we would 100% go back.

We went to this Resort for a couple's trip, recommended by the agency we usually refer to: again, the Recommendation was great. The structure has recently passed under the management of Bravo (Alpitour group), and this means that despite being an international village, having increased Italian tourists (about a third of those present, when we went) cuisine and entertainment have been more oriented towards customers coming from our country. First of all, a note of merit undoubtedly goes to the animators: always cheerful and engaged in multiple activities, they were able to fill all the time available, never making us bored, without being "heavy". A big thank you goes to the Chief Animator, Armando, who in addition to providing useful information about the area where the village is located, is running a great group of very young animators: just to name a few with whom we spent more time, Luca (tireless right-hand man of Armando), Ludovica (eclectic and always ready to provide information and help), Gabriele and Alessio (the two "brothers", very funny), Valeria and Greta (very young and full of enthusiasm). Coming to the village, the food is good, and pizza and pasta (prepared by Italian chefs) are also noteworthy, considering that we are abroad; the meat, mainly chicken and turkey, is prepared in many ways, and we must admit that it has pleasantly surprised us, as well as the local dishes. There are several swimming pools, actually not very large and shallow (about 90 centimeters), so especially suitable for people who can not swim and children. The beach is very fine sand, so much so that it looks like flour, and the sea is quite crystal clear, even if we have often found seaweed, and being a sandy bottom, it can happen especially in the afternoon that it can be cloudier than in the morning. Inside the structure there are many activities, especially sports: there are in fact tennis courts, beach volleyball, bocce and, what so far is not found elsewhere, a beautiful archery facility, open four hours a day under the supervision of an attendant who also provides information to guests less practical in the discipline; there are also a gym (quite well equipped, although some tools are a bit dated) and a spa, where you can also do massages, for a fee. The rooms are spacious (in our case the room was on the second floor above the lobby, with sea view). Although already very good, but still improvable, a couple of notes to achieve excellence: as for cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the restaurant could be improved (although in the case of the restaurant, it must be recognized that times are very tight for the large amount of guests present), and in the restaurant it would be better to have smaller tables. The tables are in fact at least four people, and since there are many couples who speak different languages, or single people, it often happens to find tables only partially occupied, and have difficulty finding them free. Outside the village, a few hundred meters away, there are several shops of various kinds: in any case, there are also two shops that sell a bit of everything inside the structure.

We stayed for a week in early May and didn't pay a lot of money as such our expectations were not set high, however our expectations were exceeded and I can honestly say I wish we had booked for longer. Our Room was spacious with with a large walk in shower, we were on the second floor with a full sea view (amazing view) overlooking the adult pool. Food was exceptional i really cant understand the bad reviews that i have read previously, there were no flies on food as some have stated, the food was hot and constantly replenished well seasoned and very flavorsome with lots of choice, it wasn't repetitive, yes if you wanted chips and pizza every night you could however there was so much other choices. I would say it was one of the best we have been to for all inclusive, the wait staff are exceptional and you get a bottle of wine not by the glass like other AI's which we found to be a nice touch. The hotel has 4 pools one indoor and 3 outdoor (one heated like a bath) so you have lots of options and no sunbed wars during our stay which we loved. There are 3 bars pool bar, lobby bar and beech bar and staff are constantly walking around collecting glasses etc and asking if you would like a drink. Animation team are good but the shows were not for us we liked to sit at the bar chatting and meeting people but they animation team are very engaging they really do love their jobs all off them. Shout out to Monty and Billy who are great lads and and always wanted to make sure we were happy and having a laugh. They have lots of activities from volley ball, tennis, football, archery they really do go above and beyond. The hotel is spotless the cleaning staff are amazing and clean room daily they never stop and this includes the cleaning staff around the resort as well everywhere is clean free from litter and they are a real credit to the hotel. Management are superb from the moment you check in they want you to be happy and are always happy, in fact every member of staff always engaged with the guests. Would I stop here again yes, would I recommend staying here to anyone hell yes, you wont regret it.

From arriving at the hotel and getting checked in to the end of our holiday all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean the room was big with plenty of hangers in the wardrobe and cleaned everyday. The beach was lovely and you could go for a nice long walk. There were plenty of sun loungers around the hotel grounds and on the beach. You could hire the beach towels and change them everyday if necessary for a £10.00 deposit which was given back at the end of your holiday. The beach party and the gala dinner nights were very good , the entertainment on gala night was excellent. The drinks were ok not many cocktails to choose from but they were nice. The food was good , apart from food hygiene needs some attention, there was always a carvery to choose from, some of the cakes were delicious 😋. The sauna and pool at the spa was very relaxing. The only negative was a lot of people picked up a sickness bug that lasted a couple of days, my husband being one of them 2 days before we were due to leave which really left him feeling rough.

First time travelling to Tunisia for a girls trip. Great transfer time from Enfidha airport of about 1.5hrs depending on other drop offs. Friendly staff took our bags to our room and pointed us in the direction of the restaurant and bar as we arrived at night.
The recently updated room was clean and modern and had brilliant air conditioning which was welcome and a nice balcony.
The buffet style restaurant had a large variety of food and every meal there were options cooked in front of you. They catered for everyone’s taste and there were always traditional Tunisian options available to try. We could not fault the food and the staff were attentive and friendly.
All of the customer areas in the hotel were spotless inside and out. The beach was lovely and the pool area was central to all amenities.
The all inclusive drink options were good and a daily cocktail every day along with others were available. The bar staff again were friendly and attentive and remembered us after a few days by name and always welcomed us (and remembered our order)
For us the animation team made our holiday, they were constantly on the go, even in extreme temperatures and always smiling and upbeat. There were lots of activities throughout the day and even if you didn’t join in, they made a point of coming over daily for a chat and to see how you were enjoying your time. They put on brilliant shows in the evening and the dance staff are a credit to the hotel, some really talented men and women doing a great job. I have to mention in particular, Mimo, Tchitcho, Billy, we were joined for a meals by them a few times and heard they’re stories and backgrounds, and what a wonderful job they do entertaining the guests. I also have to mention Shasuki, whose dancing is tremendous and again she always has a smile on her face for the guests. We were also lucky to chat with one of the lifeguards, Marwene, who went out of his way to say hello and was kind enough to share some stories about his culture and country which was very interesting.
We used the spa facilities also, unfortunately the promise of air conditioning and towels was not entirely true, however the treatments and the ladies providing them were very professional and did a great job. The hammam body scrub was an experience but worth it (as long as you are comfortable topless)
Overall we had a great trip and would definitely return to Tunisia and recommend the Delfino beach hotel.

Just back from 2 weeks holiday and we enjoyed every minute. From the second we arrived the hotel staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely ground floor room (as requested on booking) which was cleaned and towels changed every day by great housekeepers. It was amazing having the beach at the end of the path and lots of sun loungers available. There was so much choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and extra snacks at beach restaurant if required. Absolutely amazing holiday and would definitely go back. ☀️🌴🍷🍹

We went as a family of 11, with ages ranging from 7 - 68, at the start of July. What a time we had! As per previews reviews, the transfer time was around 2 hours, but it was worth it when we got there. Beautiful resort. The staff never stop. From gardeners, wait staff, housekeeping, entertainment staff, they really make this place. Rooms: we got the newly refurbished interconnecting family rooms. Really bright and cleaned daily to a high standard. My son enjoyed the lovely surprises left by housekeeping each day. A tip goes a long way. Air conditioning and blackouts blinds made for a comfortable night's sleep
Food: great range of different foods and stations. The salad bar was amazing with so many lovely fresh options. Dessert station was always beautiful, and the ice cream stand was always kept busy! Being all inclusive, food was repeated, but themed nights were put on which offered different foods. Only thing I would mention is that they could have done with some more serving utensils, as quite often there weren't enough, and you could see some people using their hands to lift/slice bread, leading to hygiene issues. The waiting staff were amazing, and after noticing our large family a few nights in, waiter Jessop had a table ready for us every night, even remembering our drink preferences and having wine out on the table for us arriving!
Entertainment: The entertainment team were just amazing. So much on throughout the day, for all ages. My husband loved the volleyball. I loved the Aquagym. There was a timetable up in reception area of what activities were on throughout the day. Staff came round poolside to encourage but weren't overly pushy with it. Kids spent most of the time at the pool which was shallow enough for them. Our teenagers wandered between the pool and the beach, which was beautiful with loads of sun loungers. (When we arrived it was fairly quiet. After a few days and new arrivals it became busier, so more difficult to get sun loungers, but the lifeguarding team were pretty attentive with this and would get more out to accommodate.) We had such a great time here and made some fantastic family memories. Thanks to all the hard-working and friendly staff

We stayed two weeks in the village Dauphin in Hammamet. The lobby windows were never cleaned; you could hardly see them outside. Lobby tables and sofas greasy, and full of dust. At the beginning the room was smelly and not clean; after sensitizing with tip the orderly, clean and fragrant room. Quite small dining area; monotonous eating. Glasses and dishes sometimes delivered still dirty even if washed; placemats of eating never cleaned from one guest to another. Beach a whole program as attached photos. When algae arrived the beach was cleaned with severe delay. Even at the beach if you want to get the front row, you have to tip the right person. Proposed excursions, better to stay in the hotel, not for the guides who are prepared and kind but for what you see during the excursions. The only note of merit are the BRAVO guys led by Armando. A family in which everyone has their own personality, their own personal story and Armando is an exceptional person

Went in last week of May start of June and the stay was alright nothing special. So the positives of our stay was that food was decent I always had a lot of choice. If you found the right people working at the hotel they would do anything for you, the cleaner on our floor was absolutely lovely, same for all the waiters, bar staff, life guards and receptionists. Loved the beach it was well maintained and had plenty of shade and sun beds. Rooms were renovated really well and always clean the whole hotel was very clean. Loved the spa pool was probably my favourite part of the holiday. Great to have a small shop and a jewellery shop on site and the guys in there were lovely too. If you’re there for gala night you have to get the chocolate pudding it was amazing. Now the not so positive, the animation team were and I’m sorry to have to say this one of the worst if not the worst animation team I’ve ever experienced. First off confusingly there are two of them, one for the Italian holiday makers who genuinely i don’t think they spoke to me even once the entire week I was there and then the hotels one who either pestered you for hours on end or just didn’t bother to speak to anyone. Both teams were terrible when it came to actually organising stuff they’d say come play volleyball at such a time and when you’d get there they’d just be on their phone or just watching not actually coordinating or encouraging. When the market was on I just got bothered by every guy there and felt so pressured that I ended up buying something just to get away, if the hotel is gonna have stuff like that then it needs to be monitored. There were flies everywhere around the restaurant both inside and outside which put me off quite a bit of the food. Unlike the chocolate pudding all the cakes were so dry they crumbled. Unless you want to go on a long bus ride get rushed through the historic part and then basically go on a shopping trip where all that happens is you get bothered by men trying to sell you stuff do not and I repeat do not go on the easy jet tour to Tunis, Carthage and another town honestly was not worth it at all, but on that line you will constantly be asked if you want to go on tours whilst near reception which is quite annoying when all you want to do is walk down to the beach.
Will not be returning.

Hi there to answer your question I don't think there is anywhere within a local walk that can serve your purpose ( although I stand to be corrected ) I'm probably like you and find the beers a tad to small but if your all inclusive why not just order two or three at a time ? I do . my wife makes her one last but me I just guzzle mine ...enjoy non the less ..cheers
