Please explain the difference between a twin room and a double room. Thank you.
Dear Traveller A twin is a room with two beds (separate), a double means, a room with two beds moved together (almost like a queen / King, but with two mattresses. Hope that helped. We had a double in Gjaargardur. Enjoy the beautiful Faroer. And go for dinner in Koks restaurant in Torshavn. Amazing good and special food!! Cheers, Christian

"As for a room with a view - there are six with a view in the annex above the main Guesthouse and six without a view."
"The panelled beds in the cafe are delightful."
"The standalone unit up the slope can get tricky if you have a lot of luggage. But the rooms there are newer"
"The rooms on the secondary building are really big."
"Our room overlooked the village and two high peaks. Rooms on the car park side to be avoided... early departures."
