This was the perfect place to come for a little break away. The view from our room (12) was perfect. I enjoyed my morning cup of tea over looking the moors which was beautiful. You can walk out of your room straight onto a lovely walk which is perfect for dogs and my little girl loved exploring the field, so... More

Thank you for your kind review, the moors are inspirational and so relaxing. You can hear the silence. Dogs love running through the heather and they do not have to be on a lead on the moors behind us. We think we are the most dog friendly accommodation provider in the UK and we do not charge for dogs. Manchester... More

Fantastic location and great apartments. My friend and I stayed 4days in a great apartment that had a good and large enclosed patio with outdoor furniture and a bbq. Our dogs loved our stay as we had patio doors leading on to the patio so they were able to wonder in and out. The apartments were clean and had everything... More

Apartments 1.2.3 and 4 are our premier with South facing enclosed private patios and panoramic views down the valley. Our location is perfect for those who wish to leave the rat race behind. The moors are perfect to take a gentle stroll with their dogs or the dedicated walkers who can walk west over the moors into Lancashire. Where ever... More

This is the first time we have had a complaint of this nature and I apologize. In every apartment we have emerrgecy telephone numbers and as I live on site I would have gone round to the apartment. This is not acceptable and we spent a lot of money soundproofing the apartments but it is difficult covering for every eventuality.... More

We stayed in one of the pennine apts for 5 nights. It was only supposed to be for 3 but we enjoyed our time here so much that we extended the holiday. The accommodation was fantastic, spotless throughout and equipped with all the mod cons. Although there were 4 adults, 1 baby and a dog in our party, we felt... More

February is one of our busy months, the scenery then is possibly more dramatic then. The premier apartments No`s 1 2 3 and 4 with there own southfacing patios looking direct down the valley are very popular. I wish when I developed Westfirld Lodge I had made more apartments like those. Dogs do love it here and we make no... More

Lovely little apartment for a 2 day break with my wife and 2 kids and our 14 week old puppy . Considering that they are dog friendly you could not tell that there had been any dogs in the apartment as it was spotless and very clean. A good location for exploring the local attractions. All local towns and villages... More

Stayed for a short break on a voucher, very good if you have dogs, staff very friendly when seen, they don't intrude. I was not impressed with the lodge we were allocated (17), it would have been fine for a couple or three people with one small dog but for large visitors and 2 dogs it was small, the door... More

A walk over the moors on to Haworth is a pleasure,. an easy walk down hill with panoramic views all the way, A Taxi back with your dog is about £4.50.
