I have lost count how many times I have stayed in this B&B, and I have to agree with all that has been said before..it is just perfect. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with style and imagination, you are left wanting for nothing as jane has thought of absolutely everything, the fresh flowers in the room are an extra... More

This great B&B sets an excellent standard in hospitality. Grayingham Lodge is in lovely open countryside and full of character. The warm friendly welcome set the tone for the stay. Our spacious room had everything you would expect in top quality accommodation: eg bath robes, home made biscuits, comfy king size bed, tea/coffee making facilities, large ensuite bathroom etc etc.... I could go into a lyrical description of how beautiful and quiet the place is but let me put it this way: as a writer, this is a place I would choose if I had to go into isolation to write for a while. As it happens, I was in the area for a motorcycle racing event. The house is... More

I can't rate this accommodation highly enough. Jane is the perfect hostess catering for all the needs of a party ranging in age from a 21 month year old baby to 80 +. My room was immaculate with lots of small touches to make me feel at home ( small fridge with milk and tea making facilities) . The breakfast... More

This is the most wonderful B&B. Everything was to the highest standard and I can honestly say that we couldn't think of anything that could have been improved upon. The room was beautifully furnished and everything had been carefully thought out. The breakfast was fantastic and Jane was such a lovely, warm and welcoming host. A real gem of a... More

What can I say, the house, bedrooms, the breakfast everything, attention to detail exceptional. Jane made us feel so welcome and relaxed, she is extremely helpful even making our beautiful buttonhole sprays, freshly hand picked from her lovely garden. Thank you once again, we can't recommend highly enough, we'll certainly come back when in the area.

Glad we booked this perfect farmhouse B&B in the middle of the Lincolnshire countryside. We were given a very warm welcome by Jane and served tea/coffee and cake on arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed which meant a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfasts were excellent and filling. The homemade flapjacks baked by Jane scrumptious. Would... Booked all 3 rooms for myself & partner, 2 daughters and son. Beautiful rooms, garden, own lounge & formal dining room. Lovely host ensured we were well stocked with home made biscuits (flapjacks were amazing) & massive breakfast. Really relaxing stay and so well taken care of.

We stayed for a night last weekend and couldn't have been more pleased. Our room was perfect - comfortable, tastefully decorated and with every comfort. Jane welcomed us with tea and scones and we could have stayed longer - I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.
