Just loved this place. The staff are amazing and definitely make the place even better. the beach is a few steps away which is just awesome. IF you're looking for an awesome place to do some work it's just perfect - The cafe has a lovely upstairs section where you can sit back, stare at the ocean and catch up on work - spent several days lounging upstairs and working.

I stayed in the villa room, my biggest disappointment was that no where is it mentioned on any online listing that the villa room are separate from the main property and is a 2-3 mins walk. Also the pictures give you an illusion that the terrace is attached to your room but it isn’t and if you’re staying on the ground floor of the villa bungalow you don’t really have a view. I wish they had mentioned this somewhere. Also considering this is the most expensive room at their stay the in room facilities were quite alright, with no toiletries. Or basic coffee and tea making utilities. Or even a mini fridge considering you’re in the goa heat. Over all the experience was good. It gives you the perfect goa vibes you’re looking for. The team of people there are super nice and helpful. The place is gorgeous if you’re looking to relax or do some water sports adventures. Worth a visit

I stayed in one of the wooden cottages facing the mangroves. It was a cute little cottage with plenty of space, hot water, a comfortable mattress, and a cool breeze in the evening. Sitting on the porch, listening to the birds was a like little piece of heaven. Do bring ear plugs as the nearby bar plays music through the night and the back of the cottage is at the roadside. But even with that I would come back in a heartbeat. It really was a relaxing stay. PS - Vaayu’s cafe is delicious with healthy dishes as well as a few traditional Indian bites.

Hi JN, That you so much for the lovely review. We are very happy you enjoyed the beach hut even through the noise of the neighbours and you are always welcome to come back and visit again. Thanks again Team Vaayu

We stayed at Vaayu for 5 nights in one of the waterfront huts of ‘Machans’. This was a very rustic room with incredible views of the lagoon and sunsets. During our stay at Vaayu we enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff (including some very fun surfing lessons which they offer), the healthy/delicious food at Prana Cafe - the on-site restaurant and cocktail bar, sunset lounge sessions in their many beautiful common spaces, and the general ethos of Vaayu centered around environmental consciousness, community building, creativity and of course, having fun! I’ll be back again this year to take it all in again. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks to Rahul, Jill and the whole Vaayu team for building such a special place.

It doesn't make sense to talk about any one visit as I have been frequenting vaayu for years now. From the surf lessons, the instructors, the staff, the housekeeping staff, the food to the rooms there is very little detail that the folks here don't pay attention to. The atmosphere is always warm and friendly. You are surrounded by great art as you walk in, as they also run an artist residency which has been frequented by some amazing individuals. The food is fabulous, no matter how much I eat even when I feel full I feel light. I always leave faster and healthier. The people who run the place are extremely respectful and treat you like family. Never have I ever heard them speak Ill about anyone or raise their voices. Furthermore the music at vaayu is always absolutely outstanding as over the years they have built relations with some of the best electronic DJs and performers in the country. This with its consistently scrumptious and updated menu, leaves - for me personally - nothing else to be desired.
