White Lagoon beach complex is located on the beach. Featuring in two separate buildings, Hotel White Lagoon enjoys a hillside position in Kavarna, only a 2-minute walk from the private beach and right next to the Golf Courses Lighthouse Golf Resort, Black Sea Vama and Thracian Cliffs. The air-conditioned rooms with a balcony feature a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a shower. Guests benefit from the all-inclusive offer and they can enjoy refreshments on the terrace and be served at the snack bar on the private sandy beach. A game room with table tennis, darts and chess facilities is also at your disposal. The beach volleyball court can be used free of charge. White Lagoon Hotel organizes entertainment programs twice a week. Hotel White Lagoon also offers 2 open sports courts, suitable for mini-football, volleyball and tennis games. A dancing hall and an animation hall are provided as well. One of the 2 buildings comes with 2 outdoor seasonal pools with mineral water and a total of 3 restaurants are at guests' disposal. Within a 30-minute drive you can get to the Golden Sands seaside resort. Balchik, the hilly coastal town of the Balck Sea is 8 km away, while Albena, the modern beach resort is 15 km from the hotel. You can reach the Varna Airport within an hour drive.
I had paid for a missed 2020 Easter stay due to covit19, rescheduled at the end of June. Compared to the experience of emailing other hotels, White Lagoon has a rating of 10 (they respond quickly to any request) I received a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view (97m2) dream. All the smiling staff, wearing protective masks, disinfectant dispensers were almost everywhere, the tables were spaced, being June and few tourists accommodated, we could enjoy social distance at the pools. July 19-26, 2021 Two adults with two children. Sensational. The best hotel in the last 8 years in Bulgaria. Impeccable services from all points of view. The royal apartment with private pool for two adults and two children is impeccable, daily cleaning, towels changed daily, friendly and smiling staff from maids to hotel manager and from lifeguards to bartenders and waiters. Net outside doors, functional air conditioning, TVs, refrigerator with freezer, hob, microwave, huge and very well equipped bathroom. The animators have an impressively energetic attitude and a diverse daily program especially for children. Special thanks to Maria and Dany! The food is varied, tasty, with a grade of 20 throughout the day and dinner has a different theme every night. The beach with very careful lifeguards is private as well as the parking (outside + underground) very close to everything, the beach bar and snack bar also on the beach. Various pools for babies, older children or adults with various slides or infinity, each guarded by a lifeguard. The elevators run smoothly. In the evening you can hear the waves of the sea, you can relax at will. Safety, tranquility, cleanliness, conditions, good mood and diversity. The only downside would be the presence of less civilized Romanian tourists who reserve many sunbeds with towels since the east and do not occupy them only after a few hours ... In conclusion, the first Hotel we will return to with great pleasure and confidence next year! Thank you Hotel White Lagoon!

It"s a great resort for family with Kids. The rooms are large and tastefull decorated and are cleaned daily, towels are changed dayly. The restaurant is very cosy, you can't feel there is crowded, very tasty and varied food, each dinner îs inspired from a different country cuisine. I loved the animators, really talented and willing to do their job Lots of pools so there îs never crowded. The sea had algae for a few days and wasn't very appealing but with so many pools there is no problem. This is the only minus I could find.

We had a big room, with sea view, with a big bad and two sofa for out two children. The room was very clean every day. Single issue was that we didn't had water or something else in the fridge, so we took the water from restaurant. The food was very good every day with many option for every taste: they had healthy food(fish and sea fruits food, salads and fruits, healthy food, kids food, many type of deserts). They have many clean pools: 4 next to the see with 3 simple water slides and on the 4 floor other 4 pools: 2 for kids, 1 for adults and 2 beautiful infinity pools. The bars have 2-3 bartenders at the pools, so I didn't wait many minutes for drinks. Another very good point was the entertainment green team Be Active that had many activities on kids club, kids disco every night, and activities next to the pools with 2 mascots, but also for activities for the adults: darts, polo at the pool, yoga, zoomba and gym class with Maria every day next to the sea or pool. It was a lovely vacation there and I will return next year!

Unfortunately, we didn't have a very good experience in White Lagoon. We have booked a Royal Suite (2 rooms) with pool, back in February, once we reached the hotel in August they gave us a Family Room (1 room), at the same cost. Lies over lies. If you have allergies, be aware that there is mold, especially in the pool area. 4 types of food for kids. Toxic-infections from food, we had to take the kid at the hospital.

My family and I were here and we were very happy with what we found: very large rooms, clean white linen, pool towels, swimming pools, water slides for children and adults, very good food, fun program for adults and children. All spaces including the common ones are very clean, with anti-Covid respect, free parking, children's playgrounds. Everywhere is clean and carrefuly care This hotel has offered us a space for complete rest and relaxation. The sea almost with many sunbeds. Of course we want to come back here. Highly recommended.

One week at this hotel, and we’re already planning our next visit. Perfect for kids and families. We enjoyed staying at the hotel with kids club, mini disco and kids disco. Clean, big rooms, and super nice employees. The buffet have fish, chicken, kids meal and nice salads. Many pools and sunchairs, so no need to place towels at 6 in the morning 😂 if you want to buy souvenirs Balchik is just 10 minutes away with taxi, and reception will order you a taxi within minutes. We loved that the hotel was a few minutes outside city center so it was quiet and no nagging sellers or massage sellers bugging you.

They provided as the best comfort. Not only about the hygiene conditions, but every event hosted by the hotel and its staffs was remarcable. Going with my family, the best services were given from the Animation team which made my kids very happy.

Oh gosh…this is the fourth time visiting. Coming again year after years makes it easy to see where focus is, and what changes have been done.
✅ For instance, roof over playground in 4th floor. Very good! Kids can play in shadow without touching hot equipment.
Activity club and Ving club cooperated much more this year.

⛔️ the wave (earlier Aldo) - expensive! Walk five minutes up the street for much cheaper and friendlier staff

Hey Magdalena! I stayed at the hotel with cow milk free diet. The dishes are labeled with allergens. For dishes where I was in doubt the staff were super helpful. They have a good organized food area. I would ask the staff when arriving for advice, and I’m sure they would be happy to help 😊
Answering in case anyone else have questions about this.
- it’s a few restaurant close by. A fishing restaurant less than 100m from the hotel. A short taxi ride away in balchik you will find more restaurants.
You can get braids at the hotel, but we haven’t found any hairdressers. There is possible to get massage at the hotel, signs will be found in the lobby.
Else it’s not much in walking distance, just a few stores. I bet if you go to balchik it’s more to buy.
There are more places to choose from in the Ikantuluka area.
