The Venezia Palace Deluxe Hotel offers a family-friendly atmosphere with an aqua park and pools that are often praised by guests, yet the rooms are a source of disappointment for many, being criticized as cramped and outdated. While the cleanliness of the hotel is generally commended, there have been occasional lapses in housekeeping. The amenities, including a mini disco and slides, add to the welcoming vibe, but the limited food options and instances of slow service have left some travelers questioning the hotel's value for money.

Very glad to be in this beautiful, historic and original hotel, which is already probably of cultural value to all. It's nice to live a little among Venice's most recognizable buildings. Very good copies are very well inscribed in the hotel grounds. The evening picture is particularly impressive. Everything in the hotel is kind, with vintage chic. Renovation of the hotel is carried out gradually, equipment and communications are replaced. But it's done skilfully. Quality restored old furniture, natural wood doors. No Ikea. In general, the area is large, green, well maintained, well planned and comfortable. A huge swimming pool with a large "drenched" bar, an adult and a children's water park are all nearby. The central path leads to a large, clean, sandy beach with its own bar, snack restaurant and dining restaurant. Lots of toilets, showers and foot washes. There's a pier and beach cabins. There's no sea trouble in the water. The water was clean and smelled good. There are no flies or mosquitoes on the beach, by the way. The tides are small, but in the afternoon we almost always had waves, sometimes very decent, but not a storm. You can walk along the beach behind other hotels. Of the serious shortcomings, I would point out the poor organization of the main restaurant at dinner (you can escape in la cartes). The food itself is good, especially the meat dishes. Seafood and soups are not good. Fruit and vegetables are fine. But it's all very subjective. The location of the hotel on one side is good - 20-30 minutes from the airport. On the other hand, there's no way out of the hotel, just onto the crazy road. Only a taxi or bus number 07, which goes to Antalya (bus station), stops to the left across the road. The stop sign has been ripped off by competing taxi drivers and lies on the fence. You need to buy a travel ticket in advance, one trip 25 TL.

We stayed at the hotel from 8-18.06.24. with family (2 adults and 2 children). Guys, thank you so much!!! It’s very nice when reality exceeds all expectations!!!
Upon arrival, we were checked into a regular standard room, asked for an extra bed, and without any problems or additional charges, they immediately brought us a super comfortable folding bed. There is plenty of food - fruits, sweets, meat (chicken/beef/lamb) in different interpretations, fish, vegetables. In terms of alcohol, there is everything from local to elite. Cleanliness everywhere - the rooms are cleaned every day, the pools are clean, the paving slabs are washed all day long!!!
I would like to specifically mention the guys from Guestrelation - they speak excellent Russian, very responsive, competent and positive guys!!! In the cafe on the beach, I would like to mention the waiter named Sinan - a good-natured, smart and charismatic man, so lunch took place only in that restaurant on the beach .
In general, who wants to really get a great vacation for their money invested, then come here!!!
I definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families with children!!!

We chose Venezia Palace for a short rest to start the summer. We were welcomed very well by Ms. Aynur at the reception. She welcomed us with a smiling face. She was very interested. Even though the check-in time was not yet arrived, we were given our room early. The general areas of the hotel have been renovated and it is very nice. You definitely get what you pay for. The rooms are old style but very clean. Hygienic food is very delicious, you can always find something to eat, the staff is friendly and very professional, someone always asks if you have a request, everyone is smiling and amazing, I will definitely come again and recommend it, thank you venezia

We have been in this hotel for 12 days and have to say it has some bad and some good things about it. In this state that it is, I wouldn't return back or recommend to everyone.

Bad things:
1. The hotel is old, and this can be seen in every aspect of it. Old sunbeds, broken tiles everywhere, dirty walls, squeaky old beds...
2. Sound isolation in rooms is terrible. You can hear every sound from rooms next door and hallway.
3. Food in main restaurant is not on pair with other 5 star hotels in this area, every day same food for every meal. I would dare to say that food choice is worse than in hotels with much lower price.
4. Same thing with drinks. Bad, water down juice. The brand they're using "Netto" has bad fruit juice especially the orange one. Sodas are made from soda machine and with Pepsi branding.
5. When the hotel is crowded, it seems they are understaffed. It needs more waiters.
6. Night shows are bad. For three nights in a week there is live music and the choice of songs and quality of bands is horrible.

Good things:
1. Polite and not intrusive animation team. I have to mention joga girl Lubov and guys on top of the water slides, always cheerful and ready to help.
2. Great pool, there is no crowds and you can always find place to swim freely. There is good pool bar, but when crowded, it's a bit harder to get a drink.
3. Disco at the hotel is in open and the resident DJ has great music taste. Only bad thing it works for 2 hours till midnight.
4. I have to mention Mr Yusuf, the main bartender. He would always greet us and try to be helpful with drinks although I don't drink alcohol.
5. Cleaning lady was on point. This is the first time we didn't need to ask someone for our room to be cleaned.

Worst hotel i have ever lived in. Its only for Russians as all the staff is Russian and they are not at all helpful. They totally ignore you if you ask a question and rip you off if you try to make a taxi or a tour reservation. Hotel is also very old and not maintained well. Food quality is very low and menu is also Russian. Although they prefer Russians but do not give Russian Vodka at the bar. Room sizes is too small with dirty bathrooms and the rates are very high. I even did not have a refrigerator in my room. Location is fine but no-one should go there unless you are Russian. I have seen there people from Russia only. I tried to find a turkish employee or room guest but failed to do so. Everyone should refrain from going to Venezia Palace Deluxe Resort.

Avoid this hotel by all means. The most terrible hotel I've ever been to. Even in 3* in Egypt, the service and cleanliness were a level higher than here in a deluxe hotel (generally taken from heaven). Perhaps 30 years ago it was a deluxe level, but now it is below the baseboard level

We paid 2800 € for a holiday for three people. But at the reception they said that we had a choice - a wooden folding bed for a room of 18 sq.m. or an additional payment of €2500 for the accommodation of a third person.

They don't clean, don't change the bed, don't change towels. My salvation is that I took everything I needed (including shampoo/soap with me)

The hotel has mold, rust, cobwebs and dirt everywhere. On the second day of rest I was poisoned by stale food.

Coffee and other drinks are made from running water. Very arrogant and unwelcoming staff - when they asked to give normal conditions even for money, they said that this was beyond their competence.

All rooms are covered in dust, the carpet is covered in sand and other debris. The walls are shabby and have obviously undergone restoration a long time ago.

An old air conditioner that was cleaned of dust 50 years ago

The windows are all dirty, at 6:30 they start moving kitchen utensils under the windows and everything is noisy, dogs bark constantly - it’s impossible to get enough sleep

It’s better to pay extra money and go to a normal hotel, where there will be normal alcohol, food, cleaning and service with entertainment

By the way, A la carte does not work here (because there are not enough people), there is also no animation

For three days they asked to fix the bed leg, which was broken and the bed was askew, so instead they made towels for the mattress

The hotel is on its last breath - but let it either work normally or not work at all. This money is just wasted

If there is anything to compare, good quality, then I advise you not to go to this hotel! When we bought Vacation Package we were faced with the choice of a seven or 11 night drive, a long one... and we wanted a hotel with a lot of landscaping... we knew we were going to a hotel that hadn't been renovated in a long time...
But we didn't expect that...
The hotel isn't just tired, it's 1,000% tired like an old nag...
We were in the 1st building, room with balcony chosen when buying the tour.
Rooms with old, battered furniture that has been painted many times. The air conditioning is not cold, if you sleep with an open balcony, it is obstructed by noise from the street. The pillows are terrible, the mattress is three. There are few outlets in the room. The maids don't care if you're in the room, so there's no question of respecting the privacy of visitors. But at least they cleaned it up if it was normal, it wasn't so conspicuous. Mega's minibar is meagre, in other hotels besides water it included chocolate bars and snacks, and here you can't put an extra bottle of water. They're putting gel and shampoo cans in good order. Towels in the room are changed every day, but often old ones are caught very, very much like beach ones.
And the women's toilet, next to the main restaurant - it's a separate topic... this is the creepiest I've seen anywhere in Turkish hotels and I hope not to see again)
Alcohol of normal quality is practically non-existent... and from what there are bartenders not everyone knows how to make cocktails...
There are many restaurants in the territory, but the quantity and quality of the dishes served is very average. Of course, I hope you won't be poisoned)))) but you won't find any delicious here either)
A separate theme for bartenders and waiters: they look very untidy; in the lobby bar there is a curly girl bartender who does not want to approach, as she is often aggressive enough.
We heard from one of the representatives of the local shops that the owner of the Inn had changed and that renovations were planned, and this year the Inn was very bad, he said.
The adult animation is zero tonight... we've been without kids, but there's a huge number of families with kids and kids seem to be chasing contentedly.
Of the pros, I want to mention the quality of Wi-Fi coverage

The food is the same type, you get bored quickly, Wi-Fi is paid! inconvenient location of the restaurant, 2nd floor without an elevator, you had to walk around the entire complex in a wheelchair to get to the restaurant. Unsafe at the pool, broke my knee cap and left in a cast, they apologized in the form of a bottle of wine and fruit. At the same time, a wheelchair cost 15 euros.

Overall the hotel is not bad. The new owners are starting renovations. We changed the sunbeds and umbrellas, built a new pier, and built a stage. But more is required. TVs need to be replaced, beds 140/140. From the beach where paid bungalows are located, remove stones and iron remaining from the pier from the water. Increase food points. Because the dining room can't accommodate everyone. They forgot to put toilet paper. I was very pleased with the pastries, the Turkish sweets in this hotel are the most delicious, unlike those where I have been. I really liked the night bar, where you can have a good meal.
