We stayed 2 times with family. Very baby friendly also in the restaurant - special menu for kids. Very good quality of the food for dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice pool. Kids playground and lot of sport opportunities in the house. Enough space for parking. Spacious rooms but always not 100% clean especially bathroom. Some forgotten items in the wardrobe from previous guests. We ordered fruit upon arrival but they forget to put it in the room. If we will travel again this location we might come back without hesitation.
We stayed at Hotel Vitality hotel with our 3 kids. We stayed in a family room/suite which was very spacious. The staff Jacob (resturant) and Darina (recieption) were brilliant. The hotel is very clean. The food was very good and the chef was very helpful with with my gluten free diet. I would definately recommned the hotel.
I would only allow 4 stars if it wasn't for the brilliant restaurant in this hotel. I will point out some negative aspects but in overall, compared to the region and location this hotel is in, do not hesitate to visit. Although the hotel is in the middle of a resonable sports infrastructure, the gym is rather small. The lobby is not really inviting for a random talk and the bar is not opened long. The rooms you can park a bus in but the walls seem rather paper. So, I would say, very good hotel, a bit dull but in the end I was very happy to have my stay.
This hotel deserves a 5-star! From the check-in to the check-out, and what comes between was a really unforgettable and amazing experience that our family and our small nieces loved. Amazing infrastructure for kids, the pools, the rooms, the views, spa, games, activities, everything... They've done an amazing and extremely professional job building a hotel in Vendryne that is worth a visit and definitely a sleep over :) We took our nieces and they loved so much that even after a few months they always talking about and asking to come back to Vitality. Thanks for the hotel team that provided us a great time and mainly to Karin, from the reception, that was always amazing and making our stay memorable. We will return soon :)
New, Modern, Wonderful Luxurious hotel. Deserves to be 5*, It has big spacious clean rooms with bath tub, separate shower. One really feels pampered. Has a great swimming pool (clean and fresh water). The breakfast hall has a great ambience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was traveling for business and enjoyed the stay. Staying in this hotel can be a great experience weather traveling alone or with family.
Really modern and very high quality restaurant and hotel. They have also very nice café with delicious home made desserts. There is very nice wellness. If you go from Czech to Slovakia, make a stop there.
Stayed here for three nights at the end of August and it was perfect. I stayed in a double room with a balcony which looked out onto the mountains. The rooms are large with a modern bathroom which has a separate bath and shower. The rooms are very well equipped and very clean. The restaurant serves food to a very high standard at reasonable UK prices. However it is the staff that make this a wonderful hotel ...always very polite and happy to help, I got the impression that English was only one of the many languages they spoke. A special mention has to go to Karin at reception who very kindly volunteered to puchase souvenirs on my behalf from town as I had no time to do this myself. Thank you again Karin!
We decided on this hotel to break up the drive between Prague and Zakopane,Poland. We stayed for two nights. The location might not be on everyone's radar but it is well worth the trip. After more than a week including flying from NY,touring and biking in Dresden and touring Prague,it was perfect to have this wellness break before continuing on into Poland. The hotel is practically brand new with drive-up parking with easy entry (bell service is offered if needed). We booked the one bedroom suite ( room 306)which was AMAZING!!!!! The bathroom alone was worth the visit. It had a huge slipper shaped tub, walk in shower top of the line toiletries. It was a very large space with two vessel sinks....look at it on the web-site! You will want to be there. The suite had two huge rooms and verandas from each. There was maximum storage space. The AC and everything else worked perfectly. The room was immaculate, the housekeeping excellent. We had our laundry done by the hotel...perfect as everything else...for a very reasonable price. We had dinner in the hotel. The food was fabulous ( scallops in orange sauce, steak au poive and ice cream for my husband; feta cheese puff pastry, salmon on creamy polenta and churros ( more like the Czech trdlo) with hot chocolate. The recommended local wine......all for approx. 60 euro. Our waiter Jakob was superb...courteous, attentive,PERFECT! His assistant Michaela deserves credit as well. This was one of our most enjoyable meals on our month long road trip. We rented bikes and it was a bit of a different kind of ride. It was very pleasant....basically riding through the residential avenues and past the lime kilns. Very quiet/ private houses most with nice gardens...no traffic. The spa was excellent...with roof top hot tub overlooking the countryside. Below there is a spa type huge pool ( areas with jets etc). I did want a spa treatment but unfortunately everything was booked. The breakfast was very nice with the option to have custom eggs. Our first night dinner was so wonderful, we had exactly the same meal the second night! I am sorry that I do not recall the names of the many wonderful staff members but all were terrific. This hotel as mentioned is off the route for most people traveling from CZ to Poland but we are so glad we did this!…
I spend one night in this wellness hotel. Room was spacious and modern. Room was very clean. Bathroom was spacious and had both shower and bathtub. Views were great to countryside. Breakfast was very good. You get very good value for money. I can recommend to all travellers.
Very friendly welcome. Good English speaking reception. The Hotel is more of a SPA Hotel but definitely also good for a stay over on a business trip. The Rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are just great. Modern, new and vey practical. I have not seen the sps area, but it seems that the pool is big and the sauna as well. I had dinner in the Hotel and the food was very good. I tend to avoid Hotel Restaurants, but in this case a good choice. If you are in the area then this Hotel is more or less the best choice and a good one.
