Stayed for a week in early October, travelling with Jet2.holidays. Welcomed on arrival with a glass of fizz. Check in was fast enough, although there were only us and one other group who arrived at the same time. We had booked a side sea view room, the room was quite small, but a decent sized bathroom and balcony. The super king bed was comfortable, one pillow each but there were extras in the wardrobe. (8 hangers included so bring extras!) There was a fridge, containing one bottle of water - not replenished unless you upgrade. The safe the room had a keypad where you selected your own pin number and there was no additional charge made for the use of the safe. There were a couple of housekeeping issues during our stay (bathroom bin not emptied on arrival and no clean towels left one day) but a call to reception quickly resolved on both occasions. Food - Breakfasts were the best meal by far. (Hash browns to die for!) A vast array of salads and hot food at lunch in the main restaurant, or pizza, pasta, burgers etc in the snack bar. Evening meals did seem to be repeated, but it was tasty and plentiful and you'd be hard pushed to find something you didn't like. The restaurant did get busy around 8pm but staff would always find you a table. The waiting on staff were fantastic, always friendly and hard working. A real credit to the hotel. Most, not all guests adhered to the face mask rule but it didn't seem to be enforced, neither was the wearing of disposable gloves when handling serving implements. It did seem to be a personal choice rather than a rule! Drinks were fine for us - we didn't opt to upgrade to the premium package. The bars did get busy and there were queues at times but nothing to write home about! We weren't fans of the entertainment in the restaurant, it was so loud you couldn't hear yourself speak. Musicians also played in the Foyer, talented, but again very loud! The pool area was okay, nothing spectacular, but kept clean with a good number of sunbeds. We never had an issue getting a bed but tended to stay on the beach in the morning, and then wander up to the pool later in the day. The beaches here are quite rocky in places, not the prettiest by any stretch of the imagination, but the sea was clear and warm, albeit with a lot of seaweed floating about! There are some nicer public beaches a bit further towards Paphos harbour which is about 30 minutes walk along the coastal path, directly accessed from the hotels. Here you get to see all the other hotels you wish you'd stayed in!! There seemed to be 2 demographics of guests - either groups/couples in their 20'- 30's and then the over 60's! If you were anything in between you are in the minority! I'd hazard a guess that about 80% of the guests at the time of our stay were British. All in all, we did have a lovely break here, but I think a lot of that was down to the perfect weather...hot days and warm evenings! There was nothing specifically wrong with the hotel, but it just lacked the wow factor that we've had at other places we've stayed.

The hotel is lovely, most of the staff are good. However after paying a good some of money for all inclusive, I was disgusted to find you have to pay 3 euros a day for the security box in your room, if you wanted named liquors you had to upgrade, you don't have access to iron and board in your room, you have to go to a cupboard to iron your clothing. 2 servers on one bar for most of hotel. Waited 30 mins before I gave up. Food was ok-ish. I've stayed all over and in alot cheaper and never had to pay for services which should be included. On a positive note the spa is fabulous

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this hotel. the executive room on the 6th floor was inland facing, a great view of the background hills and city lights at night, but more importantly much quieter in evenings for a good sleep. Rooms facing the sea do have epic views but you will definitely hear the entertainment and some bar noise from below. Good black out curtains and air con too. The executive lounge was ok, serving snacks and drinks all day and evening. The snacks are pretty basic and repetitive, staff could be more attentive? The hotel facilities overall are fabulous, plenty of sunbeds, we were allowed to reserve two beds for the week as platinum guests. Plenty of pool space and garden are space for sunbeds and a nice poolside bar. The food is buffet style but great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is kept hot and regularly updated throughout the day, there has got to be something wrong with you if you cannot find something to your taste with the variety on offer and all nice fresh food with the odd tinned stuff but all tasty. there are two signature restaurants, a Greek and an Asian. The Asian is by far the best. We were all inclusive and a nice invite one evening to a managers cocktail party for 1 hour early evening, nice touch, sometimes there were queues at the bar on busy times , so patience needed but overall great value for money. its difficult for any hotel to please everyone's tastes, but I think this hotel has a very good balance. We will certainly revisit it was five star for us!!

We booked a one week stay in a deluxe room with the platinum advantages and we are so glad we did. The upgrade included express check in, champagne and fruit in the room on arrival, access to the Exec Lounge, premium branded drinks, snacks, reserved sun loungers, bottled water in your room each day and a few other perks. We just can't quite put our finger on why this hotel lacked a little bit of sparkle, but there is just something. Covid safety measures are not followed by some guests - not wearing masks (which is still mandatory in Cyprus) and people not using gloves when getting their food in the buffet restaurant. We do think the grounds of the hotel are just not big enough for the size of the hotel. Only one pool, so it really does get very busy around the pool area. The staff are amazing and they work very hard! A lot to be desired for the management! You lead a hotel from the top, but we didn't witness much of that. The staff really do make this hotel 👏 Now coming to the food. A little mixed for us again. The main restaurant is just not big enough for the amount of people it serves - so it has the feeling of a glorified canteen. That said you could always find something to eat, particularly their interesting salads at lunch time. Breakfast was also very good. Can't really comment on the evening buffet as we ate out three times and then ate in the Greek Taverna and Asian restaurant on site - again they were both mediocre. The pool snack bar was fine the usual pizza, burgers, chips, gyros and pasta. Evening entertainment is really not up to scratch for a hotel of this standard and needs improving. Now for the best bits. The weather is fantastic for October. The hotel is very clean. The hotel's location is on the coastal path into Paphos so great for a stroll/run. The Wave Dancer boat trip from Paphos Harbour is fantastic and highly recommended 👍 All in all we have had a great holiday in Paphos, but we wouldn't book this hotel again for the reasons given above. Let's hope management take on comments about the food and adapt their offering for evening options and they open up all their food outlets in the hotel in the foreseeable future. It would make a huge difference to the ambience.

This hotel held so much promise on arrival. Drinks helpful staff with golf gear. A temperature test and eventually a good room. Then realising there is hardly storage for clothes we accepted that and off to explore. The pool large but freezing cold with contrast load dub step or house music thumping in back ground. Surely a drink would dampen the pounding. No. Dishwater lager. Acid wine. No mineral water.long queues at each bar. The pool bar stunk!!!! In evening over 50 %of people walk in around without masks indoors. No one checking or advising. Hardly anyone wore plastic gloves to pick the common use serving spoons. Thank goodness we could rush in and sit outside!!! The restaurant whi h is so noisy is like cafeteria. However food is actually is good. My complaint to reception re speaking to manager re lack covid rules went in heeded. The collection staff are nice. Most others are grumpy. It's not a place to recommend
