    Excellent Hotel
We had a great week at this lovely hotel. We originally booked a garden view room, but were upgraded to a seaview room. The room was everything we could wish for - spacious, clean, cosy, beautiful view, quiet, amenities such as fridge, safe ( 3 euros per day) and kettle, and a very large and extremely comfortable bed. Bottled water was replenished every day in the room. There was a good sized TV with HDMI slot, so we were able to use our Firestick to watch movies. The hotel itself is well equipped, and there are many places where you get get some privacy if you choose. The outdoor pool is large, pleasantly situated in beautiful grounds next to the sea, and I was able to use it in February and March. There are plenty of comfy chairs in the grounds and more than enough sun loungers by the pool, as well as a very pleasant pool bar. There is also a good indoor pool and spa. We were on an all inclusive package which includes local spirits which was perfectly adequate for us, but there is the option of upgrading to ultra all inclusive which includes branded drinks and other extras. The food was uniformly excellent, especially the Greek and Cypriot fare, and there is pizza, pasta, sandwiches and other items available between meals. The thing that really made it for us though was the genuine friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of all of the staff - a special thankyou to Inga in housekeeping (the towel animals, bottle of wine and sweets throughout the week were a lovely touch) and to Elpida in front of house who was just lovely. There is a bus stop nearby where you can get a bus every fifteen minutes to Paphos Harbour ( 1.50 euros) and you can get to other places from there. There is a good supermarket opposite the bus stop and a larger one (Sainsbury's) near the bus station in Paphos. We had a delightful week, and will certainly be returning as soon as possible. We would highly recommend this excellent hotel.

    I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!!!
My partner and I visited this hotel for seven nights and we cannot fault it! We stayed in a superior room with panoramic sea view, we also paid for the upgraded drinks package as we fell in love with the strawberry daiquiri's, they were amazeballs!! 🍓😍 We were given free hotel transfer with our booking as a special deal and upon arrival we were treated by the kindest member of staff behind the check in desk, her name is Andri! She had a lovely smile and made us feel very welcome, I have to also give a shout out to another member of staff who worked behind the desk, her name is Elena, they couldn't have been any more helpful so thank you very much! The hotel was extremely clean with sanatiser available everywhere, they definitely adhere to social distancing rules! Tables, sunbeds, utensils etc are all wiped down after every use. The food was spot on, you couldn't fault it... Especially the home made pizza from the pizza oven. We visited the Asian restaraunt twice and I have to say it must have been the best sushi I have ever tasted. The swim up pool was our favourite spot during the day, especially on a Saturday when DJ sneaky nick was on the decks, he had the place jumping! We want to give a special shout out to Pheobe and Kevin who worked behind the bars (mainly the club) they both are extremely friendly! Pheobe was a star. We also want to give a special shout out to the staff at the entrance of the restaraunt, especially a young lady called Christiana, very smiley and funny! She was a delight along with Fotoula! A few other staff to mention are Anna from the bar, Achilles the security guard and the gentleman that worked in the swim up bar (we didn't get his name but he had everyone laughing! These staff all jumped out to us and made our stay incredible. All of the other staff were very itentive also. We ended up extending our stay for three extra nights, we were that impressed! Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be sure to come back again! We miss you already, Thomas & Eve ❤️ xx

    Brilliant Holiday
A great holiday from start to finish. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and given plenty of information regarding the hotel and its facilities. As we were away for a special occasion we received an upgrade to a sea view room and sparkling wine and a cake on arrival. There was also a small snack in our room due to our late arrival. Throughout our whole stay we never struggled to find a sunbed and there was always plenty available. Pool towels are 10 euros each but this is returned at the end of your stay. There was music around the pool all day which gave I lively atmosphere. The hotel was very clean and we always felt safe in regards to COVID-19. It was always a reassurance that the entry requirements of Cyprus mean you have to have a negative test prior to flying. Proof of this was asked for on check in so I would recommend having this printed. Daily temperature checks were also taken at breakfast and hand sanitiser was plentiful. Our room was on the 4th floor and looked out over the hotel grounds towards the sea. The room was clean, modern, had plenty storage and had a huge bed. The 3 restaurants were all great. The buffet restaurants all had plenty choice and food was always hot. We enjoyed both the Asian and Greek restaurants. Both were 4 courses and in the Asian restaurant you had the choice of meals, whereas in the Greek they brought a selection to your table. The all inclusive drinks were generally of a good quality and we did not feel we missed out by not upgrading to the premium package. Fizzy soft drinks were hit and miss in the restaurants but always fine at the bar. The all inclusive cocktail list had plenty of options and the service was always good. The location of the hotel is good and is around a 30 minute walk into Paphos. There’s also a water sports centre on the beach outside the hotel with lots of activities. We did jet skiing which was 50 euros for 20 minutes. Overall, we had a great holiday and it was nice to get away from reality given the current circumstances.

This was our first visit to Cyprus and decided to try this hotel as it is adults only, and not a long walk into Paphos harbour. We booked with the deluxe package, which I am glad we did as we where on the top floor with our own bar which we used every night before going down to dinner reserved sun beds (which was the best thing they offered by far) and had premium drinks. Quite a few people we met there ended up upgrading to the premium drinks package. Hotel and rooms beautiful and clean, with comfy beds and seating. The buffet was good for an all inclusive and the snack bar by the pool was brilliant for a quick lunch. We ate in all but 1 of the specialty restaurants and I can say that the Lebanese was the best by far! Pool and pool area great, with pool bar on hand to quench the thirst. The only criticism’s we had where with the small pool as it needs an extra step down as a lot of people struggled (including my partner) to get in and out. Also the lack of toilets around the pool bar area. Staff in pool bar and the towel people were great, always happy and smiley. Entertainment was hit and miss but the Motown night was unbelievable We want to give a big shout out to Theo, Goncalo and Kevin that worked in the lobby bar and the club bar. You all made our holiday very special and we thank you for that and all those delicious cocktails you made us. Everyone can read reviews and not everyone will agree, but this is ours and I would recommend this hotel as it did us good

Just returned from a week’s holiday here and despite the hotel having lots of plus points the downside was the food. It was extremely average at best, but some days was very poor. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and we were allocated room 213 on the second floor. The room was quite nice with a great view of the pool, and we had a great view of the sea beyond. The room was serviced every day to a good standard. No complaints here. The pool area itself was very clean and the pool bar was excellent, especially the staff. The main bar areas were clean and tidy at all times with entertainment every evening, however this was a bit hit and miss at times with regards to quality of entertainment. The BIG let down came at mealtimes. They had a lamb dish on every meal time. Lunchtime and evening meal they had lamb. Now I would normally be ok with eating lamb, but this was just large chunks of bone with a minimal amount of meat on it. It was such an effort to try and get anything off it. The vegetables were the same everyday. Rice of some description offered up twice daily. My wife wasn’t impressed with the salad bar at all. Indeed even tomatoes seemed to be in short supply. There wasn’t even anything to go with your salad should you fancy it. Usually you would find tuna or some form of fish to go with a salad but nothing! Just lettuce, cucumber, etc. That was it! Breakfast was the usual smash and grab every morning. Very busy and average food. Streaky bacon, chipolta sausages, eggs of various kinds, beans, tomatoes etc. two toasters that we’re always very busy. All in all breakfast was probably the best meal of the day. They did offer up alternative dining venues in the evening that could be booked but at a cost of €32 per person! My personal opinion was that they kept the food in the main restaurant mediocre at best in the hope that you would try one of the optional restaurants at further cost to your all inclusive holiday. To recap the hotel itself is good. Pool area good. Rooms good but a little dated, but clean. If they improved the food in the main dining room I would have given the place a full 5 stars.

Our third visit and the staff team were always accommodating and helpful. Cleaner on level 5 was brilliant and we met a lovely couple on level 6 who also had a military background. We hired a car to get round the Island and were thoroughly enjoying ourselves until I fell ill. The local Polimedical Centre in Paphos ensured that within 3 hours I was admitted to the local Blue Cross hospital and put on a drip to enable me to get antibiotics intravenously. Staysure our insurers were extremely helpful and Simon at Similia hire cars also went the extra mile - adopting a flexible approach to assist us. English Andreas also insisted that we speak with the hotel should we require any assistance following my discharge - so we were very fortunate to have so much support. I felt that the hotel did hit the mark in all areas - I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the hotel staff for making our stay so pleasant, whilst offering support during a difficult time.

Currently here on day 7 of a 10 night holiday. From looking at the reviews on here, my advise to anyone booking would be - just book it and have your own experience. I think some of the reviews on here are very unfair. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and staff are very friendly. There is always plenty of sunbeds and room around the pool, so no need for any early wake up’s to rush down with towels. We decided NOT to upgrade to premium drinks. We decided to see how things went with local spirits. On reflection maybe we should have upgraded as some of the local spirits are not great & it’s taken a few days to find drinks that we like - however Rum & Fruit Punch is a MUST! They serve prosecco as well which is always a hit. There is activities around the pool in the day, well worth doing aqua aerobics everyday at 11am. The pool is full of people doing this, and the lady who runs it is full of energy to get you going for the day. It isn’t the best all inclusive I’ve been to, but the food is still great. We have booked into each restaurant, Italian, Lebanese, Greek and Asian and have enjoyed each once. Most restaurants serve a ‘ mezze’ style meal so this helps you to try dishes you might not have eaten before. We have spoken to people around the pool who have returned on holiday here, so clearly it is a great hotel so ignore the reviews, book and come and enjoy for yourself! My only Critisism is that evening entertainment could be a little better. Some little recommendations outside of the hotel - If you fancy a meal out - Fiesta Restaurant which is around 5 minutes walk down the road, is a ‘ hard rock’ type vibe. Has live sports and the food, drinks and cocktails are incredible! Reasonably priced and well worth a little meal out. Sunset Drinks - Walk along the beach path towards paphos, for around 10/15 minutes and you’ll come across ‘ Suite 48’. Well worth a walk for sunset drinks, very nice place. Nearest Pharmacy and Supermarket is directly across the road from the hotel, so very local. Takes around 30 minutes to walk along the beach path to Paphos Harbour.
