Had an amazing 10 days. The hotel was clean great facilities and an unlimited amount of drinks such a great combination. I done aqua aerobic near enough every morning which I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was lovely especially Fotoulla! Would definitely recommend to a friend. ❤️❤️
Arrived wow Lovley hotel then checked in and received a blue band.and became a 2nd class guest . Asked about a upgrade was told €440 for the duration. Wow already paid nearly 4k.room was great clean and good view . Breakfast was good . Rest ov the buffet night time was awful, more 3 star .tried to book any Iv the 3 restaurants no chance asked the rude reception told do it on phone or computer near the restaurant oh thanks . Sunbeds ok no chance Iv round the pool the posers 18-30 crowd had those sorted . Food and staff make a big part off your holiday not unless you have good or silver .ate out more than expected, stayed next door twice Louis ledra, ten times better , thought Adult only would be better big mistake . Fur coat no nix this hotel .
Started off great, only to discover, sandwiches in fridge that had been left for us because of our late arrival were in a fridge that wasn’t turned on, air conditioning didn’t work.. soon realised staff only wanted to know you if had a gold member band, which we did not.. food not rotated, watched on several occasions people putting new food on top of old and I swear blind some of it was from the day before, then to top it all off my partner got food poisoning which the staff really did not care about one bit, wouldn’t give us a courtesy room on check out day even though he could barely stand up!! Any couples thinking of going here for a relaxing getaway, don’t bother, it’s more like an 18/30’s holiday!!
1st time in Cyprus, me and the wife , this adults only hotel was brilliant! , the food was good, drinks were good too, the sunbeds were always a few left even by 11am , room cleaned each day , fresh towels each day for the pool or the beach, the beach is literally a 30 second walk which was brilliant, jet ski’s and the boat rides on the door step , just a few little things that let it down for a 5 star , the 3 alacarte restaurants were really hard to get into and the computer you used to do it was slow and hard to use , no iron in the room , and the hairdresser on site charged me €15 to shave my head as I left my grader at home which took a minute, There was a supermarket across the road and a nice little square if you turn left out of the hotel which had a few restaurants and a nice bar , taxi to the harbor was €10 which took 2 mins and €20 to the mall which is about 2 miles so the taxis are very expensive , all the staff were really nice and friendly too so a very good hotel, I would recommend it to anyone…
I would just like to say this hotel was amazing the food was nice and the people where very friendly. You have wonderful pool areas with good djs playing great music, our room was nice and clean. Lots of activities to do throughout the day which you can book just outside the hotel or from the hotel depending on what you would like to do. All 3 al À la carts are nice which range from Asian, Greek and Italian the best for me was the Greek. If you have any issues or problems throughout your stay don’t keep it till you get home address the problem straight away. Management would be of help straight away. I would like to thank the staff for all there help and being so kind to Leea and myself unfortunately throughout travelling home we lost a piece of paper of names we wanted to mension. You know who you are but a few I remember from my head. Nektatia guest relation manager, yiannakis bar manger, Maria from the buffet. Antonia from the Greek a La cart. There’s a few names missing but you know who you are. So thank you all once again and hopefully we shall be back next year. Michelle and Leea.xx…
My husband and I stayed in the hotel for one week. We had a lovely holiday. Hotel is really nice. We stayed here four years ago and the hotel has changed dramatically since then. It is now mainly full of young couples /people and the pool side is rather choice. Very rowdy and by about our 6 o’clock the pool area is rather dirty - drinks, masks, dirty towels etc lying round the pool area. The pool didn’t even seem to get cleaned and the pool bar jacuzzi was fowl smelling and not very clean. Thankfully we had paid for an executive room on the 6th floor and we had the ‘haven’ of the lounge for drinks and breakfast and lunch etc. the girls in the lounge were all fabulous and looked after us fabulously. Lovely hotel but would never go back or recommend to anyone.
Stayed in the Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris in July for a week for our honeymoon. Has read some bad reviews so wasn’t sure what to make of the hotel. The lobby area is stunning. So clean and smart looking. Nice bar area and restaurant areas. The pool Lovely pool area. Loved the pool Aerobics and Zumba. Could have benefited from other day time activities. Yes it was sometimes tricky to get a sun bed by the pool if you hadn’t paid to upgrade. We managed most mornings to get a bed as long as we were down by 8.30am. Great towels very thick and fluffy comfy. I’ve been to 5 star hotels before where they allocate sun beds but every room gets an allocated bed. This is the way it should be. Not some allocated and some not. Often the allocated beds were not even being used!! So this was really annoying. We did manage to get beds but we like to be by the pool and sometimes had to go on the grass area. The food Breakfast was good always lots to chose just from. Not much wrong there. Help yourself to your drinks was great. Unfortunately the other hotel food was poor. I’ve never been to a hotel where you can not order food, that you want, off a menu at a day time snack bar. The hotel would definitely benefit from adding this option in the day. The food left on the side in the Greek snack place was awful. Thankfully we found the pizza and had a pizza slice for dinner. Wanted a burger or a toastie or something and you couldn’t have it. Evening meals were not great. I lived off salad. We ate in the Asian restaurant (couldn’t get in the others) and as long as you like coriander you’ll be ok. As that’s all you could taste in both our meals. My partner went straight to the room to throw up after it. Made him really Ill all night. Drinks All inclusive drinks are good. We didn’t upgrade. Didn’t need to. Strawberry frozen daiquiris in the day lovely 😊 plenty of coke and water available at the bar also. Rooms are small but comfy. Very Nice bathrooms. Plenty of storage space. Cases fitted under the bed. Mirror was too high and not on top of sockets which didn’t make sense. But I took my own travel mirror. As we were on our honeymoon we were left a bottle of Prosecco and fruit in our room on arrival which was nice. We also arrived late evening so they left us sandwiches. Room cleanliness wasn’t great though. Towels were changed daily and bedding made. I think this is all that was done. We used cups and plates and these were not changed. The fruit plate was left in the room going mouldy for the week and the flowers in a vase in the room, the water was never changed. There was a long dark hair in our bathroom that wasn’t cleaned and I’m blonde so it wasn’t mine. The hotel is about an hour walk to the harbour if you walk the front way. Not advised when dark at night. There are stepped areas along the way you just can’t see so is a bit dangerous. Opposite the hotel and down slightly we found a nice pub and Hagen dazz and a nice snack place to get a sandwich at dinner time. The hotel is a little far out but taxis can be ordered at reception and cost €10 to the harbour. We opted for this a few times and sometimes we walked one way. In terms of location if we returned to Paphos we would most likely stay closer to the harbour. We didn’t stay in the hotel for any entertainment. All in all the hotel has good and bad points. It was a nice hotel and if we weren’t eating at the hotel we may stay again. But likelihood is we would pick somewhere closer to the harbour as it’s just a bit far out.…
We stayed for a week, just returned and it was the most wonderful experience I could ever imagine. A special mention to Sylvia who welcomed us on our arrival with a glass of Champagne and informed we had been upgraded free of charge to Premium. Another special thank you to Elena who sorted out our trip which had overbooked by another local retailer. All staff were wonderful, food was great. We have been to many hotels in our time but will definitely be returning here and recommending to friends, family and colleagues! Thank you so much!
Unbelievable week staying at this superb hotel. The food is excellent with the buffet choices varied and very tasty. The Greek and Asian restaurants were fantastic also. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is immaculately clean. The pool area is great and the beach is only a stones throw away. What a gaff👏👏
My husband and I have just returned from 11 nights at this hotel and after reading some very negative reviews before we went we didn’t know what to expect . We booked a premium sea view room and it was amazing , we were on floor 5 . Our only criticism with the room was the room service which was hit and miss and often towels etc were missing . There seems to be a lot of complaints about deluxe room guest being able to reserve sun beds , this did not bother us as there were always plenty of other beds to use and they had paid extra for this privilege. What I did think was wrong was when guest’s who had paid for this privilege were also allowed to put reserved tickets on beds for 4 other guest ,we saw this daily with one family and 4 out of the 6 were wearing the standard blue band as we were . The standard and choice of food was some of the best we have seen in an all inclusive and the staff were all very helpful , the Asian and Greek restaurants were amazing although the booking system needs looking at . We celebrated our wedding anniversary whilst we were on holiday and it was a lovely gesture to have wine and fruit put in our room and Champagne and a anniversary cake at the Asian restaurant brought out for us . A lot more could be done with the evening entertainment but we like to go out at night as well so this didn’t bother us . After waiting for 2 years to go to this hotel we were not disappointed and are looking at going back next year .…
